Australian Computer Traders Avis

Australian Computer Traders are an amazing company. They provide high quality computers for the fraction of the cost of new items and have removed any risk from purchasing refurbished computers by providing prompt and generous responses in the rare event of any unforeseen issues.
Price is great, delivery is super quick and customer support is amazing.
I purchase computers for friends, family and clients of my company "Home Tech Helper" and the need to contact them after purchase is very rare indeed, but on all occasions when I have done so, the response was fast, hassle free and effective.
I judge the performance of companies I deal with on two levels. 1) the purchasing experience and 2) customer service in the event of complications.
Australia Computer Traders get 5 stars for both!

Prompt delivery, great product at a reasonable price.

Very happy with my refurbished PC. Good price and solid unit. Good communication when i made queries. It was well packaged and shipped quickly.

Dell micro pc in excellent condition. Easy to setup, worked straight away. Good price. Happy to trade again.

I had somewhat grim expectations of a “B grade” used laptop (having observed grandson’s machine!) but was very happily surprised. Very good value. I am used to the build quality of Apple MacBooks and the HP Elite laptop is right up there with Apple. But struggling to set up a Windows machine was not so happy. All working well however.

Great quality laptop in excellent condition for a fraction of the price of a new laptop.

quick, and accurate descriptions. good prices, and quality. postage was a little slower than i wanted... but only a day or so longer... i blame autpost

Great customer service, great prices.

Straight forward and easy to deal with.
Price was good and the Service is Great, Thankyou

Your promt delivery was good. As it’s a B grade purchase your correct with the blemishes it has. On your next delivery I would be sending a note with it to direct the purchaser to the site for a user guide, that would probably be appreciated by most of your customers. Overall your product is fine for what it is. Wishing all at ACT well. Thanks 🙏👍D.

Easy to use service.

Easy to order, great price. Just set up this computer and it's perfect.

The staff were very helpful and my computer is great! I would definitely buy from Australian Computer Traders again.

Great product and a really fair price.
Very good service, Fast and safe delivery and Lovely customer care response.
What more can one genuinely ask for.
Highly recommended to buy products from them.

Competitive price
Laptop was in mint condition and works faultlessly

Rigid Policies and Awful Communication!

Absolute nightmare experience. I made a mistake on an order and filed a cancellation request within 5 minutes of placement.
Rather than honouring a standard, immediate request, this store waited 48 hours to decline it, falsely claiming the package had shipped.
The tracking number they provided proves it hasn't even been picked up yet, they just printed a label to lock in the sale.

They are now ghosting my messages. I am incredibly grateful I bought this through eBay, as their team is stepping in to force a resolution. If you buy from them directly, you will have zero recourse. Proceed with major caution.

Clear easy to use website. Fast postage and well packaged. The laptop itself is perfect. Purchased A-Grade which looks and feels as good as new. Excellent service and value for money. Will use again.

Item received within expected timeframe and at this stage appears to be as described and is doing the job that I require it to do

Laptop was perfectly clean, with very little scratches marks on its ports. I got a defective charger but i got sent another one very quickly. They're awesome people who sell affordable and reliable laptops!

Easy to navigate website, easy purchasing and payment options. I got pre-sales questions answered quickly.
