After cruising the internet for days without much success and few replies I decided it was time to go to the real experts on Austrian flights and holidays and all my needs and wants were sorted quickly and efficiently by a very friendly and charming young lady , Zara from Austravel.

After my initial email Zara took on my request and gave me a few options to consider. Even though I left it for a while and didn't take the first offer, Zara made sure when I got back to her that I had the best price possible. Even when I was on the phone confirming the trip, she looked up any requests I had about tours ect. A great help to me as this will be my first time travelling to Australia. Would highly recommend Austravel to anyone going to Oz.

My experience with Austravel has left me feeling very confident about my holiday. Very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any changes I requested. I feel confident that I will have a good trip arranged by them.

Would have liked to have booked seats when booking as I always have before but for some reason was told not possible till money gone through. Will have to ring back to book seats which is a but of a nuisance

Absolutely terrific service from Anthony. Asked for quote over internet and was emailed details very quickly with flight details and accommodation available. A few emails to tweak and really the first time I spoke to Anthony was confirm booking. No long phone calls that I had with other companies. Very efficient.

This is my second time of using Austravel to arrange a trip down under for my, all went well previously but this time I was very lucky to have Paul Webster for my Austravel 'Travel Designer' he listened, he understood, and then he provided the perfect tailormade holiday for my forthcoming visit to Australia. It was so easy and stress-free I cannot thank him and Austravel enough, and I am so looking forward to my holiday in 2019 because I know that every little detail has been taken care of.

James has advised us for a number of years flying to WA. We feel he provides an excellent response to our needs and takes the stress out of coordinating our flight schedule.
