Great company! Our trip was perfectly planned and all staff were great with communication throughout the planning process and for any enquiries during the trip.

Having the logistics of organising a trip like we wanted with trains, seat reservations and hotels done for us to our own bespoke plans was invaluable.
Initially the company suggested early trains but as we wanted to enjoy breakfast and not be too rushed in the mornings the company was able to book trains to suit our plans with various trains throughout the days of our travel.
It worked perfectly for us and allowed us to explore effectively

The planning support was excellent, step by step guidance on everything we needed. The directions at each location were faultless and the hotels were perfect. Links to local sights were very useful. Overall, an outstanding experience.

The team had booked our trains and hotels for us as well as seat reservations so we didn’t have to worry about this on our interrail pass.
They were also at hand at all times to help with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time. I wish that the hotels were more in the city centre but we should have requested this upon booking. I would book with them again :)

Lisa, Donal and Alisha from Interrailing Packages were fantastic in the lead-up to my trip. They were quick to respond to my emails and answered all my questions, which was especially reassuring as I was quite anxious about travelling alone for the first time. It was also easy to speak to them on the phone whenever I needed to, which gave me a lot of confidence before setting off.

The trip was very well organised, and the hotels were comfortable and had everything I needed. Travelling first class made the journey particularly comfortable.

It certainly wasn’t a cheap trip, but it was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure and, overall, I felt it was well worth it. There was one journey where we were asked to leave the train due to technical issues. With the help of some lovely new friends I had made along the way, I managed to find another train and eventually arrived in Venice, although a couple of hours later than planned. It was an unexpected hiccup, but we managed to make the best of it.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and really appreciated the excellent communication and organisation before the trip. As someone who was nervous about taking my first solo trip, I felt well supported and reassured, and I came away with some wonderful memories. I would happily recommend Lisa, Donal and Alisha from Interrailing Packages.

Everything was planned exceptionally by this company, everything was booking and simple to follow.

The staff are very helpful with any questions that you may have would highly recommend.

I reccommend using the company to book your interrailing trip as it makes the trip stress free not having to worry about sorting out train journeys or finding hostels etc. It also meant if there was anything we where unsure of we could simply contact them through email or phone to reassure ourselves.

We had a wonderful holiday and generally, the train journeys and hotel accommodation were good.

Interrailing Packages were efficient, helpful, responsive to our queries and comments and everything ran smoothly.

The one thing which we found to be unenjoyable was travelling on the European Sleeper. Our journey was awful - very hot, uncomfortable, noisy and poor toilets. I wouldn't recommend it!

We decided to use Interrailing packages to book our holiday to save us time. They did a fabulous job of booking trains at time we preferred and hotels that were perfect. The accommodation was different in each of our locations (Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Budapest). All were walkable from the train stations and positioned perfectly to enjoy the cities.
The App came with a wealth of information. We used a recommended walking tour in 3 of 4 locations; GetYourGuide were excellent.
The app helped us to prioritise our days and to make the most of public transport.
All trains and planes were booked by InterailingPackages. They were able to adapt flights to meet our needs - flying out of Bham and back to Manchester to match our dates. We opted for first class train which was well worth it.
The response to any email queries quickly and accurately.

This company does well at responding quickly. Whether that’s through email or phone call. When you’re on the trip they are good at making quick adjustments fast. The app however is slow, and sometimes confusing. It never worked for my friend really. Also we wish we had known for hostels that sometimes we wouldn’t be with all girls. We also wish there had been more updates from interrailing about train changes. Overall, a good experience to see so many countries for a reasonable price.

All our requests were dealt with very well during the booking process. We had an amazing trip. The trains were very well organised and the hostels had good central locations. The cities we visited were beautiful. However the hostel in Bratislava, The patio hostel was awful. There was one working toilet for the whole floor which meant about 25 of us sharing one toilet. There were also 3 showers to share which would have been fine but they were filthy and one was filled with vomit that remained there for at least a day. The rooms were also extremely hot with no air-conditioning which the other hostels had. We ended up checking out early and paying £80 for a hotel.

Once you book a custom package it’s not the most flexible as if you were picking yourself, they won’t let you change it once you’re there so you have to stick to their schedule. That being said, any trains where we needed seat reservations due to a change of train or any delays they would immediately try find us some and were always willing to try help with problems we encountered.

The experiences along the way we made was the best part, i would 100% recommend Interrailing packages to others as this is a must do experience!! Thank You Guys for all your help!

We had a great time, would highly recommend it to anyone we talk to enjoyed all of the hostels that we stayed in was such an amazing experience to say we have done all the cities we visited were unreal. we would highly recommend interrailing packages as everything was so well documented for us and planned out to perfection they were always at the end of the phone if we needed them, we will definitely be using yous again in the future.😊

Well everything was detailed out for me and I was told when I was receiving other details and when to download information, the directions given were questionable to the hotels, when I arrived in different countries non EU I had no Internet so had to use the written directions and found them very questionable to be fair , also the bus times you could add another 2 hours I know traffic and border controls probably were not accounted for, other than that the app tineri and all the mails I revived were very good
