Everything was very good arranged.
Everything was very good arranged bij email. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. We are very satisfied with this company. This was the 4th year we did it this way. Again next year.

Unreliable and unrepentant
I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. As other recent reviewers have experienced, they are highly unreliable, and don't take responsibility.
In my case, I was left waiting for an hour and 10 minutes at Salzburg Airport. No one contacted me in advance, and I had to call them three times. Each time, they said the driver was nearby, or they just didn't know.
When I complained, I was told repeatedly that it was due to circumstances outside of their control. While this may be true, I am shocked that (a) they didn't keep me informed, and (b) that they didn't take some responsibility as the organising party and refund me. It's customer service 101.
I was offered a measly 19% discount off my next trip. I refused, and will not trust them with my transfers in the future. There are plenty of companies out there who do care about your business.
