Not an advertisement; this is my candid feedback as a satisfied client.

I am in the process of dying (78 years old with severe heart disease) and I wanted a fast turnaround. They said they could do the whole thing in 10-11 days......so I gave them $650. My health became so bad in the next day or so that I decided that I could not even fill out the initial questionnaire about my book. So I asked for a refund. I did not send them my manuscript nor the initial questionnaire. They said they could not refund the money as they had "allocated time for doing the work".....what BS. They did nothing nor could they do anything as they had nothing to work with. All I got from them was constant emails trying to convince me to go ahead with the project. At one point the guy said a refund was possible but after talking to the finance people he then said it was not. Doing this to anyone is immoral but doing this to a dying person this is unconscionable.

I should have known something was fishy right away as the phone system was noisy and horrible (could hardly understand him), there were people talking in the background and the phone disconnected twice.

if I could give zero stars.....I would. We don't need to be treated like this. These people do not care about other people....all they want is money. We deserve to be loved. All of us. We are beautiful.
