My book first came with the correct book cover, but had the wrong people in it. Once I contacted customer service and told Ella my issue, she was right on it trying to make everything right. She was a great help and had me reorder my book and then she sent me step by step the progress so that I could make sure everything was correct and I approved it. She was wonderful. My daughter-in-law loved her book.

I placed an order but it did not come out the way I ordered it. Another order was made for me at no extra cost. I called the company, as this was very close to Christmas. I was told that my corrected order would be delivered in time, and it was. I loved it, my daughter loved it. I would definitely order again. Very unique gift.

First book was waaaaaaay off from the details I provided. I emailed and was allowed to get a second book free. Loved that! The second book had things much more accurate, but still randomly gave wrong information. One page said Sherry and the next said Sherry was Lucy. Overall, I'm glad I bought it though.

The first book was not up to our high standards and you allowed me to resubmit for a 2nd book. This next round is fantastic - the way you built the characters fit the real folks to a T. Right on target and a very entertaining read.

I made this fun mystery book for my granddaughter who's a gourmet chef and dancer. It is awesome! So well written too. We read a chapter aloud and the whole family cracked up. Aurora loved it and now everyone wants one! It'll be an easy year for gifts this year!
