Very easy to complete the questions

The quality of the book is great and actually more than I expected. Customer service was excellent. My wife, who I got this for, loved it.

This was a really enjoyable experience. Different options for book type, was totally unexpected and awesome!

Creating the book for my wife was exciting, easy to do. And it came to the house much sooner than promised.

It was fun and easy to create my son's book. I loved being able to change the title, the cover, and reading samples.

I had left off a family member. Ella was able to cancel my order and let me make the modifications. I will be ordering again.

Once I figured everything out, it was easy.

It was a lot of fun creating the cover and the story and I loved getting the preview! Checkout was a bit of a hiccup, but finally got through it. Can't wait to get the book.

The technology is not there yet. It's fun in concept but there's no storyline and is really just a bunch of meandering words on a page.

I ordered my book on November 28 for my daughter for Christmas. We just got it yesterday December 22.
I was upset at first, but their customer service kept in touch with me the whole time, and they even offered me a full refund if I didn’t get it before Christmas, as I was so upset.
One of the reasons it shipped out so late was it didn’t pass quality control because they look through it and I’m glad I didn’t get a crappy book but it’s beautiful hardbound well worth the $74 I paid.
Will definitely buy more. I just wish they use somebody other than the USPS to ship.

aced an order with authortales.com on December 12th. The website clearly stated that the package estimated delivery was 16-21 December. So even worst case, I'd still have the item before Christmas. Well, the book didn't even have a shipping label until December 17th! then it was not handed off to a "shipping partner" (OSM Worldwide) until the 19th. Well here it is December 22nd and the book still has not been handed off to USPS. So any hope of the item being delivered before Christmas is gone. I love the idea of their business and if you have the time to wait for the slowest shipping possible, then I would recommend. I would allow for 3-4 weeks as an expectation of delivery. I have not received the item yet, so this is not a review of the quality of the product, just the manner in which they are currently conducting business.
