Just drove my new Evoque home to Sunderland from Auto Sportiva yesterday, Andy was great. Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He helped me feel reassured about the car by explaining what checks it had done. He sent a video prior to travel and also offered to collect us from the train station. I had great reservations about buying an expensive vehicle from a company 280 miles away. It quickly became apparent that I needn’t have worried, as Andy and Alec made the whole process very simple with their utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were answered immediate. Once all (electronic) paperwork was complete the vehicle was delivered at 9:30am by the lovely Stuart who set off from home just after 4am….how about that for service?!!
