Poor representatives who attended to…

Poor representatives who attended to purchase my car. Turned up looking messy and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Very unprofessional and tried to dishonesty value the car. I over heard them talking about their technique to challenge car valuation. Good luck to anyone buying off them

Every vehicle we purchase must meet our exacting standards, as we have a responsibility to protect future customers and uphold the quality on which our reputation is built. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with vehicles that are not accurately represented in the original description, as these would require professional rectification prior to resale.

There was, of course, no obligation to accept the revised valuation based on the vehicle’s actual condition. When this was declined, the vehicle was left with you as requested. Although withdrawing from a purchase is never in our interest — particularly given the significant logistical costs involved — we must ensure that every vehicle we acquire meets the standards expected of us.

We wish you every success with your sale elsewhere and thank you for your feedback. Should you ever consider purchasing a vehicle from us in the future, we hope you would appreciate the care and diligence we apply when sourcing our inventory.

Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company. Do not be taken in with their family moto. My son purchased a Jaguar from auto 100.
We also purchased an extra years warranty through them. After a couple of months the car started to develop serious issues, the car went into a main dealer for inspection & it was found that the timing belt needed to be replaced. The engine would have to be removed at a cost of £8000. On inspection my son was informed that auto 100 would have known about this. The car had only done just over 2000 miles since it was purchased. My son dealt with Tom a H R apprentice. Auto 100 didn't want to help in any way. Plus the extra warranty purchased was not fit for purpose. Both Auto 100 & the warranty blamed each other. On further investigation the warranty/ company is not accredited the motor ombudsman. So it was difficult to pursue this matter further.
It's these kind of car showrooms that give the car industry such a bad name. Please read all the 1% reviews AS THERE ARE SO MANY before purchasing any vehicles from this outfit as you will have no comeback.

We’re genuinely sorry to read that you feel disappointed with your sons experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback but note this has been shared previously.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a vehicle develops an unexpected fault, and we truly wish that no car ever experienced mechanical issues. Unfortunately, with used vehicles — particularly as yours was approaching eight years of age — certain components are subject to natural wear over time, regardless of mileage.

The warranty your son purchased was administered by an independent third-party provider, and their decision to decline the claim was based on the issue falling outside the warranty parameters. While this decision was not made by Auto100 we did not simply dismiss your concerns.

As a gesture of goodwill, and despite the repair falling outside of warranty coverage, we contributed financially towards the repair costs to help bring the matter to a conclusion.

We regret that the outcome has not met your expectations, but we strongly refute any suggestion that we acted without integrity or failed to engage once the issue arose. We made every effort to communicate openly and to assist within the constraints involved.

Auto100 is a family-run business, and how we support customers — even when situations are complex and outcomes aren’t ideal — matters greatly to us. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Just bought a high end car from them…

Just bought a high end car from them three weeks ago. Car s tracking was so far out the alignment garage said they had never seen a car that bad, tyres were on the edge of life so had to change them too. 1000 miles later an engine management light came on and the throttle had a an area when coming off the throttle that the engine died. They have a flashy showroom and attentive staff but they are knocking out fault riddled cars. AVOID

I recently purchased a Range Rover from…

I recently purchased a Range Rover from Auto100 and overall had a positive experience, with a few points worth mentioning for balance.

I arrived at my scheduled 09:30 appointment and was made to feel welcome straight away. Terry handled the vehicle handover and was excellent throughout — professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The car itself had been prepared to a very high cosmetic standard and I was given plenty of time to inspect it under proper lighting.

Paperwork was handled smoothly, although I did need to provide finance settlement details again despite sending them in advance.

Likewise, preparation for my personal registration transfer could have been completed ahead of the visit to streamline the day.

The main downside came after departure. The vehicle had very little fuel at handover, and when I attempted to refuel, the fuel flap would not open — something that should have been caught during pre-sale checks. To their credit, Terry responded quickly and the dealership resolved the issue, filled the tank, and apologised. However, it did add around 90 minutes to what should have been a straightforward collection.

My impression is that Auto100 has strong customer-facing staff and prepares vehicles well cosmetically, but some operational details can slip through the cracks — likely a by-product of a very high sales volume operation.

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the professionalism shown on the day, particularly by Terry, and I would recommend Auto100 — with the suggestion that final handover checks receive a little extra attention.

First Class Premium Car Dealer

An excellent family run business with prestige cars at very good prices with possibly the best finance deals around.
Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them if looking for high end cars of the highest quality.

I fi could give zero I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I fi could give zero I would. Sold a car to them via Motorway (first time using them as well). Then on the doorstep they mention an MOT advisory which has been online for a year,(which i showed proof of having the work done) the collecting driver then tried to talk about scratches and dents (none of which was shown to me, or mentioned on the prior pictures they had been sent) and then offered 4.5k under the agreed price. Sent packing. A waste of time dealing with a scammy shady del boy type dealers. I would deffo avoid any kind of business with them.

With a premium vehicle, there is also a reasonable expectation that any MOT advisory items recorded over a year ago would have been addressed. Regrettably, this was not the case here, and we would not pass on a vehicle with known defects.

There was, of course, no obligation to accept a revised valuation based on the vehicle’s actual condition. When this was declined, the vehicle was left with you as requested. While walking away from a purchase is never in our interest due to the significant logistical costs involved, we must ensure every vehicle we buy meets our standards.

Auto 100 do things right!

Auto 100 do things right. I’ve had my Land Rover Defender for a couple of days now and I’m over the moon with it. The sales process is slick. I’d dealt with Christoper in the main but was looked after by Dan in the day of collection. The set up is fantastic and Dan was very helpful throughout the time we were there. Indoors inspection, paperwork then the car was brought to the hand over bay. I’m sure all customers are made to feel special. Thanks again to Dan, Christopher and the team at Auto 100. I’m sure we’ll be back soon to change my girlfriend’s car!!!

I have just taken delivery of a Range…

I have just taken delivery of a Range Rover Sport for Auto 100. The whole sale process from start to handover was absolutely excellent, extremely smooth with no hiccups or delays.
