I would run away! They seem nice at first, but then they become nasty after asking to fix their lemon cars. They at times are verbally abusive and will lie even to the attorney general office. Please go some where else first. They do not respect customers, especially minority customers.

Got a great vehicle, great price and great biweekly payments, thank you sergio at drive now glendale.

Had a great salesman and purchased a great car. Sales man Will really took care of me. Had me driving my new BMW in less than an hour, go see Will at the Glendale store, he is awesome.

The salesman was a nightmare! I have bad credit so I put up with more bs and paid too much. Then at the last minute he doubled my down and raised my payments over $100 a month. I refused to sign the contract. They pushed hard. I said I wanted my trades title back since there was no deal. He refused. He finally handed me the cash difference on the down payment. So I signed.

If there is any issue the staff is NASTY to you. No matter how you approach them. They talk in circles and demean you. I return the tone and thet can't handle it. It's been a nightmare since the first day! It hasn't stopped being a nightmare. No one will get an actual supervisor to speak with me.

Now Karen lied to me. Straight out. She said she spoke to my boss and He confirmed I do not work at my job. That NEVER happened. She yelled at me, said she would just repo my car and hung up. I called my boss who is LIVID! He NEVER said that. He called and got the run around. If he doesn't receive a call back he is informing his lawyer. Such bold, slanderous behavior.

I hope I can update that an actual higher up calls and corrects this issue. I'm not counting on it though. Horrible customer service and horrible people so far.

I paid it off and they STILL are the worst company to deal with. They REFUSE to s3nd my title and told me to go buy one. I already did when I bought the car!!!

Me and my fiancee financed a car from auto action. We had our Nissan armada for only a week and now it's in the shop. We're paying a $300 deductible after only having it for 1 week. Not only that our vehicle was accidentally sent to an auction. When I called about picking up my vehicle they said they couldn't find it. I had to wait 2 weeks to get it back. When I got it back it was missing license plate that I already purchased. I was also missing items from my vehicle. When I asked about my missing items they told me it's not the dealership problem it's the tow truck driver. I feel like they treat their customers like 2nd class citizens. They're degrading when I asked to speak with a supervisor they claimed they don't answer to nobody. I had more than a quarter tank got it back below the E. My name is Jessica Cabrera

I came to Auto Action with very bad circumstances... Bad credit, upside down in my current car, little to no down payment and was desperate to find a way out. I had a very long conversation with Rick, who kindly took the time to review all of my information and was incredibly helpful with his recommendations. He saved me from making some very bad decisions that could lead me into even worse debt! At the end of the day I did not get a car, and he did not get the sale, but through that conversation alone, my faith has been completely restored in humanity. He could've been a typical salesman and manipulated me into a sale that would appear to be a good solution from the outside... But completely ruin me on the inside. I would recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in a similar,desperate situation, this guy will give it to you straight!

I've been searching for a truck for some time now, but wasn't able to get financing. Arturo was able to help and even included a free warranty, oil changes, and roadside assistance!! I was in and out with my new truck the same day! My sister also got a new car there! Def would recommend!

I have bought 2 cars from auto action now and haven't had any problems with my credit and getting the car I wanted. If I have a service issue I know im covered with their 12 month 15,000 mile warranty which is really nice. They also have a large selection of cars to choose from, I would definitively recommend all my family and friends there.

This company says the cars a trustworthy and reliable and they put on a friendly smile making you feel that you are in good hands and they are your friend until you sign 400 pages of contracts locking yourself into a legally binding car that will work for a month or so until something inevitably goes wrong you take it to their shop a few times unaware that the car will be useless before you finish paying it off and have to get another car from CON ARTIST car lots Auto Action is no different from Cactus Jack and all of the other legal criminal enterprises take the bus you will save money and hair from stress

I bought a 2005 Dodge Durango pay 400 per month. Come to find out that the Durango I bought is a 2004 from what the VIN says.
It also has a CD player that does not work.
Air comes in from the right passenger door.
The sunroof leaks.
The tires were horrible and they only replaced the 2 front tires with 2 used tires that weren't even that good.
It was so dirty when we bought it.
There are scratches and dents over the entire thing.
The speedometer does not work right.
They wouldn't even provide a car fax.
I don't feel safe in this car at all especially with my kids.
The only positive is that my husband had lost his job and we had fallen behind in payments and they did work with us to help get us back on track.

I guess I just have to deal with it since I don't have the best of credit, but my mom and dad were in the same boat and bought a car from Quik Auto and they got an awesome deal, very good payment and the car they bought it reliable and a lot nicer. Just really check out what you are buying and shop around. This was the first place that approved us and we rushed into it because we really needed a vehicle that would fit my entire family and this was the only thing that worked. I just really regret that we were not able to take the time to find a better vehicle.

Joey at auto action in Mesa,Az was amazing. I told him exactly What I wanted and he got it for me at a very good price. He answered all my questions and walked me through everything. I would highly recommended purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

These guys were great, they worked with what credit I have and got me in a car the very next day. Since the car I picked wasn't ready same day they were nice enough to drive us home rather than have a 2 hour bus ride!

It was a easy going experience, they where friendly. And walked me through the whole process

I ask that question because I wonder. I made a purchase two days ago on Monday, I find it amazing what this vehicle came without.
Let's start with a spare tire and the sales person Joey told me three times that he would call me when a GM vehicle with one came in.And of course no jack.
Next I discovered that the sound system was does not work, no radio no CD nothing. They talk about a 100 point inspection, right the vehicle went dead the first time I turned it of.
Now what type of inspection is done and they miss a bad battery? This people sell these cars for thousands of dollars mine 10,000.00 plus interest is it asking to much for things to work
Very disappointed and would not send my enemy to this dealership!
