Credit card surcharge
You get charged an additional 2% credit card fee, which is a bit rich given how much our car hire has come up to. And there are no options to pay by Paypal, which is a cheaper and more secure way of paying.

I booked Drop-off for the wrong day
I booked Drop-off for the wrong day, I phoned the free no. and got lovely calm music so I thought I might be on for a while, but my call was answered within a minute, and my problem sorted/date changed/refund done. Amazing! Great job auto-europe

Easy to use website. Gives you payment information for whatever size you require. Even for commercial or executive vehicles. Used them before. Never had any issues

Form not working and nobody to ask
I filled in the section: "other countries and comments/request". I wrote down the countries and asked that that my wife be second driver. However, I could not proceed with payment. I tried to call the number for enquiries and waited for a long time, but nobody picked up.
In the end, I deleted the 2nd driver and resubmitted everything again. It worked out but I feel bad that my wife is now not a driver as well.
