I also had a call later to assure herself I had been taken to the garage and was safe and well 👍 very reassuring as a woman on my own too thank you thankyou couldn’t fault the service. The pick up driver was also calm friendly and efficient 👍

I have a very good experience with them i breakdown on a4 near wembley and they reach me within 1hour and i am on road again within 1hr of breakdown...

Beth answered my call and was really helpful and understood the situation we were in with our car. She organised for the recovery to meet us the following day. She gave me a call that morning to let me know when the recovery vehicle was going to arrive. After my car was delivered to my chosen garage for repair she followed up with another call to see if everything was to my satisfaction which of course it was.

They were very efficient, quick to send help and they arrived when they predicted they would. Abdul kept in frequent phone contact so I knew what was happening. He was kind and reassuring. The problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly and with a friendly, professional manner. I am a long standing customer and they always provide excellent service.

It took a moment to sort some admin out (my fault still having my old registration on the app). Beth returned my call quickly and the person coming to the breakdown also called but quickly found me in the service station car park and got everything started again. Prompt, everyone did what they said they would and were most helpful. Thank you.

My mobility scooter completely died on me this morning,in the middle of the high street in Taunton
Millie totally assisted me, to find the breakdown number I couldn’t find,which as I have young onset dementia,broke me down into floods of tears and also sent me into a big panic.
Millie transferred me to the number and for the duration I was awaiting their arrival,rang me every fifteen minutes to check that I was alright and reassuring me that she would be with me until they arrived.
I nursed for over 40 years,her kindness,compassion and professionalism all shone through,I don’t know how I would have managed if it hadn’t been for her
I want her recognised for going over and beyond her role,I am so very greatful to her

Had to have my car taken to a garage when the clutch went . Everything was taken care of very quickly and the recovery vehicle soon arrived and the driver Brad was extremely helpful

Being a lone female in the middle of nowhere the lady called several times to check I was ok and updated me even called me to see I was home safely

Having a trouble with my steering wheel l got through to the breakdown office immediately and l spoke to Beth l was told that someone would be with me within the hour; the mechanic turned up less than half and hour was very friendly and made sure l understood the problem before leaving - it was sorted in a short time
Being a lady on my own l was very pleased with the service
