Shipping halfway around the world :)
Excellent customer service, great communication before, during and after the shipment left the UK. Their customer service team was readily available via phone or email and always very helpful. My bike travelled over 5600 miles via ocean and rail to reach its destination: the crating service was excellent. The shipping crate was well built & the bike was complete secure during its journey. Extremely satisfied with the whole process.

Please read before u book with this company !!!
Quick and professional when taking the money, slow and unprofessional when it comes to pickup and delivery of vehicle. Asked to leave my keys with someone 3 days before vehicle pickup and my flight to Australia.
Driver who picked up car had wrong address, paperwork for Australian customs came in drips, my container taking off ship in Singapore contrary to loading and billing documents from shipping company. It has been 78 days ( over 11 weeks ) since I saw my vehicle......still no date of delivery.

In regards to the request to leave the keys, this was in response to us not being able to guarantee and AM collection of your vehicle. I can see from the correspondence that we did in fact manage to secure a collection before 10AM so you were able to hand your vehicle over to us without leaving the keys with anyone.
The container that your vehicle was loaded into was delayed in Singapore, as it was offloaded on route by the shipping line. This is outside of our control, along with any delays in customs, but please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

So easy and Mark was fantastic kept me up to date with the entire move and even arranged for storage in Southampton as the ship got delayed by the port.

Great experience
I had a great experience shipping my car from Liverpool to NY with Autoshippers. I noticed a few other companies didn't seem as helpful as them when I first started the shipping process. They were happy to answer all my questions and set me up for the shipping date.

Arranging auto shipment remotely

I dropped it of in Southampton which couldn't have gone better and the stevedores were superb.
All in all they did what it said on the tin !
