I used Auto Transport recently to ship my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Phoenix, AZ to Alexandria, VA. Tony Salvini was my contact person and he did a great job. Tony kept me in the loop with regular updates about the status of my vehicle along the way. The most important aspect of shipping my van, was what was inside the van, I had my power Permobile wheelchair inside the van as well. I needed the van to arrive on the exact day when I flew into Regan international airport so I could take an uber van to get the van and my wheelchair so that I was able to move about. Had the van not arrived on time, I would not be able to move at all. I am so grateful to Auto Stsr Transport, and Tony Salvini for doing such an amazing job!

The Best Auto Transport Company in the Industry
There's a reason why AutoStar Transport Express is accredited with the BBB. In the past, I made a poor choice of trusting my vehicles with companies that were non-accredited, thinking there was no difference. There is definitely a difference in all aspects of the process. From the point of initial contact to delivery, the company communicated with me. The driver was excellent and handled my precious BMW M4 with care and kept in consistent communication with me. I opted for the enclosed transport as recommended by the agent and I was so happy with the way my vehicle looked. No bugs, no dings from flying rocks, or temptations by bad actors. I highly recommend this company. They were just a little more pricier than the next transport company but if you want your vehicle delivered hassle free and feel comforted throughout the process then it's worth the little bit more. I will use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

They were awesome from start to finish. I checked pricing on several companies and they beat them by $200 for my transport from the LA area to Boise. Answered all of my questions. I had to change my location drop off from Boise to Meridian after booking and they didn’t charge me any extra fee. Communicated w the driver around pick up and drop off easily through text or phone. I wasn’t going to be present for the drop off (dropped w my landlady) and was able to Zelle the driver directly to not inconvenience her.

Left high and dry by AutoStar
I'm glad so many others had a good experience with this company; I did not. Manny gave me a 5-day window in which AutoStar would find a carrier. Once I paid my deposit (well in advance of the 5-day window), the communication ceased from AutoStar, and the only way I was able to obtain updates was to initiate contact with them. In the end, they left me without transport services and Number 1 Auto Transport came through at the last minute for us. The difference in the level of communication and overall service between AutoStar and Number 1 was night and day with Number 1 being far superior in every aspect.

We shipped our RAV4 to Texas from North Dakota. It was easy; on-time pick up and delivery and we were able to pay by Zelle. The car was in fine shape when it arrived.

AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue
AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue after another transportation company couldn’t manage a timeframe. Without hesitation from a day to the next day, they were able to pick the car and deliver it to the port right on time. Excellent job.

Recently had my new car transported from Texas to Alabama. I scheduled on a Thursday afternoon and the vehicle was picked up at the dealership the next day! Car was delivered that Saturday morning. Such an easy process!

I scheduled a booking on 2/19/26
I scheduled a booking on 2/19/26. Apparently they don't even start looking for a carrier until your first available pick up date which in my case was 2/27/26. Then they had 5 days to find a carrier. First off, why would you wait until the first day of pick-up to start looking? I had to extend my stay because they couldn't find one and I ended up canceling on the 5th day (today) and went with another company that found me a transporter for tomorrow in less than 20 minutes. Utterly ridiculous, the only good thing is that their customer support staff are pleasant. Find someone else to ship your car.

Damage truck
Do not use this company. Driver diverted off the highway and hit an underpass. I have been trying to file a claim, but they not honoring their claim that the load is insured.

Although the business replied that they are working on it, its been a month with no resolution. They were neglectful in ensuring their driver had insurance and are have not resolved the issue. Communication has been extremely slow. I am only asking for the damage to be repaired although this is also costing me rental cost, extra labor, etc.

All carriers we work with are required to carry active cargo insurance, and claims are handled directly through the carrier’s insurance provider.
