Good service overall and very polite…
Good service overall and very polite and courteous staff. My only gripe is that the car when I drove it after buying it, the tyre pressure was not correct by some margin, so I had to put it right when I came home. Just a little thing in many ways but it should have been checked in advance of the sale.

My experience with Available Car was a mixed bag.
Researched the car online before booking a test drive.
the car itself with which I am extremely happy. The gentleman that showed us the car in the first instance and the lady that handed over were great - informative and friendly. unfortunately the gentleman that dealt with the sale itself nearly made us turn away from purchasing - Like anyone I wanted to make sure I could receive the best deal whether this be by finance or cash purchase - I quote the salesman’s words ' with respect we don't care as long as we get the money' - once I had informed him that I felt that a cash purchase was the way I would like to go, there was no offer of any add-ons shown by the other gentleman (One of which I would have had added to the car if offered at the time). We were miss informed as to the time the car had been with yourselves as we had looked this up prior to meeting and had already gained confirmation. If time were not of the essence due to need the vehicle for my work life - I would have walked away due to this interaction. As stated above really pleased with the car, but disappointed with certain elements of the service.

Get passed around too many times
Get passed around too many times, lots of waiting around. Would work better if I x representative dealt with you from start to finish. Feedback on telephone calls was poor. When on route for a booked test drive had a call to say this was now not possible as vehicle had not been expected !

There was no hard sell
There was no hard sell, they left us alone to peruse the cars and were brilliant with the test drive and the actual sale. We had to wait two hours when collecting the car as it wasn’t quite ready. It had been valeted at the last minute and the seats were still wet. Mostly a very good experience.

Great Experince!!
My wife and I found the whole experience absolutely great! We had been to another large chain dealership that morning ready to buy but walked away from the deal, not because of the car but how we were treated by the salesperson. We called at Available Car on the way home, not having looked at the stock, the whole experience was everything we hoped for, we found a car, test drove it, no pushy selling, Eve was great to speak with, very informative as was Paul, who took us through the details of the purchase, a very big thanks to them both, that was Sunday, I turned up to pick the car up today, early, the hand over was great and the car was presented beautifully.

Up to the handover of the new car, everything was great. Our main contact, Dan was freindly and great at explaining everything and taking us on a test drive. On the final handover, we were left for over an hour waiting with no contact from anyone. That left us with a bad feeling about our whole experience

Available car - castle donnington. Went today, 25 mins with a purple cone just to get a test drive. Liked the car was then given a yellow cone. After another 30 minutes we rearlised they had our keys from valuing our car. So we couldnt leave. I asked at the desk if we could have our keys back and they flatley refused to return our car keys. We did eventually get our keys back and left. Not good.
