Disappointing handover team
Sales was fine, but the handover team were very disappointing.
Sat for 90mins to then be told it’s past 7pm so you will have to come back tomorrow as everyone has now gone home. Not impressed.

Friendly Staff but QC would be nice on cleaning the vehicles
Test drove and purchased my new car last week from the Castle Donnington Branch, Staff are friendly but my wife & I did end up coming home last Friday with a nasty cold as one of the managers we spoke to kindly passed on her Lurgy.
The Car we selected is lovely and we ended up purchasing the Custom Carpets (although they won't arrive for weeks - this was not made clear at the time, otherwise i would have taken the mats out of my old car to use in the interim to protect the carpets).
We collected the car the following Wednesday, the repair shop fixed all the scuffed alloys very nicely and the car looked great on the outside.
However... in the sunlight the next day, the inside of the car was a little disappointing, the inside of the windscreen was dusty and not cleaned, several of the storage compartments had clearly not been cleaned either.. and there was quite a lot of dust on the rear plastic trims in the boot, plus some smear marks on the dashboard.
considering we had just forked out £600 for the diamond bright protection, i was expecting a little more professionalism with the Valet.
other than that the experience was fairly good.

Great with a couple of niggles
Buying from Available Car (Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire) was a very straightforward process and they gave me a decent trade-in price for my car. I did notice a small dent near the drivers side which they initially said 'this is what to expect on a used cars'. It was only when I was asked for a review did I mention it again and I was able to take the car back for their body shop to fix.
The test drive was great but on purchasing the vehicle and driving it away, I would have liked some help with all the gadgets it came with. I discovered this info by googling videos posted by other dealers.
Lastly, I was a bit disappointed that there is no recovery included in the 3 month warranty.

Great sales experience at Sutton
Really good selection of cars at Sutton and a very pleasant and straightforward test drive and sales process. Never pushy, felt transparent throughout and everyone was really friendly and approachable. A far cry from my experiences elsewhere.
