10/10. We loved the home and can’t wait to be back! The location is perfect and close to the beach. Beautiful and clean home with great amenities! We loved the screened in porch and pool while our baby was napping. Communication with the management team was excellent. There was a lack of cleaning supplies, but once I mentioned it, the management team dropped off cleaning supplies and it was amazing! It would also be great if the house provided beach gear and baby gear like beach chairs, umbrella, crib, high chair etc since it’s so close to the beach so we didn’t have to rent them, but it’s not a deal breaker. We loved The Tipsy Mermaid and would love to make this our annual family vacation home base! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I had a fantastic experience overall with AvantStay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and everything felt very organized and professional. The space itself was comfortable and made for a really enjoyable stay.
The only downside was that even with the windows fully closed, there was a noticeable cigarette smell coming in from outside, likely from a neighboring unit. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was definitely noticeable at times.
Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded expectations. I would still recommend AvantStay and would 100% book with them again.

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they sent out a repair person right away. We will definitely book this house again.

We stayed for my husbands 50th…
We stayed for my husbands 50th birthday. The outrider was in a good location close to restaurants and local bars . It is a bit further from broadway, Grande Ol Opery than we expected based on the description. It was a 15 minute over ride to broadway and 25 minutes to the Grande Ol Opery. I would recommend this building to others just be prepared to have a lot of Uber charges.

Great air bnb
The air bnb was close to night life, restaurants and easy to get an uber to come to our location. The air bnb was clean, had all the essentials we needed and the pool and ground outside were awesome.

As advertised
The space was as advertised. Lots of open space and natural lighting. The balcony had a great view of the rolling hills. On the other side of the building was a great view of the city's skyline. Location was easy to find and in a great general area to all the places we were visiting. Def a 10/10. Included a lot of essentials which was great, if needed.

Very clean and spacious for a big family.
We had a family of 10 stay and it was great. Very clean and great customer service. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating is because they charge an extra $150 a day to heat the indoor personal pool at the home. We already spent around $6K for a week to stay there. That should be included. But I still recommend it to everyone. It was a great place for a big family. I’d stay again if I vacation in TN.

Very responsive host, house kept clean, beautiful area with mountain views. As advertised. Just know that there are houses like these all around with the neighbors a few feet away, also the don't have any outdoor space other than the front parking area which can hold 3 cars, there parking for more cars up the street as it is a cul-de-sac.

Perfect Little Beach Cottage for a Long Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi…
We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi at an AvantStay property. The listing and photos for the rental were accurate, and we were happy with our decision. My only recommendations would be for them to ask their cleaning service to be a little more diligent with their attention to detail. The floors had some fine particles of dirt, so I was glad I’d brought house slippers to wear inside. The bathrooms could have used better sweeping as well, in terms of picking up loose hairs. Finally, placing tissue boxes in the rental would be a nice touch for those of us with seasonal Texas allergies. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d stay again.

Awesome time!
The property was great! The home was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and was very clean. The amenities were amazing and there were clear instructions on how to use everything. The AvantStay team were available by the app and text when I thought I had an issue with a kitchen appliance which I later found was not an issue.
We have a large family and there was something to do for everyone!
I would definitely recommend this property and will be using AvantStay for future trips!
