This is our second time staying at this location in Nashville. Great location in Germantown, walkable neighborhood, and comfortably accommodates our entire family and dog. Highly recommend.

We wanted a 4 bedroom home which is…
We wanted a 4 bedroom home which is what we got. It was clean and had enough supplies (soaps, cleaning supplies,dishes etc) the pictures of the place were exactly as shown. It was a great location in Germantown Nashville. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Krogers. 5 minutes from downtown by car. Easier to get an uber (cheap) than to rent a car if you are just staying in Nashville. Customer service was great. Response within a reasonable time . The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the bunk bedroom was on main floor. The primary and the other 2 bedrooms were upstairs. We had a member of our group that had temporary mobility issues and could not do stairs so she and another lady had to use the bunkbeds which was a challenge for both of them. If we would have been able to see where the bunkbeds were located,it would have helped We were there for 8 days Also could have a bench or grab bars for the shower Otherwise we were very happy with the place and would recommend it

2nd time renting from this great company. Outstanding , responsive customer service. House location was excellent. Beautiful yard & pool. House needs some TLC but overall a nice place for getaway.

Great place to stay for a large family
Great place to stay for a large family. Spacious with independent rooms and bathrooms. Very clean, great amenities. You can walk to the beach, but we have 2 small children and the drive was much better. We stay at various places over the years and this definitely ranks in the top places to stay. Easy check in/out.

Arriving and departing was super easy. Everything we needed was available in and on the property. It was a little dusty but other than that, great!

Wonderful lication
The location was clean and well maintained, and roomy for our large family. It was close to the lake, hiking trails, fun experiences for all members of our family.

2026 CMA Fest
This is our second time staying here and we had a great time. It was comfortable and safe.
You could provide more hand towels and wash clothes.
The ice in the ice bin was not fresh. The old ice should have been thrown in the sink so fresh ice could have been made before we got there.

Great stay
Great stay! We were able to check in early and check out later without any problems. Close to downtown with a 15 minute Uber ride. Will definitely book again!

Good location
Good location, walk or ride to the dunes and the house was spacious big,very spacious and having 2 kitchens and dining areas was helpful with our large family.

Perfect Space!
Perfect space. Perfect location. Lovely, Clean. Comfortable. Literally 2 minute walk to Monteleone, Acme, Bourbon, 5 minute walk by shops on Royal to Jackson Square and Cafe du Monde.
