Ordered a coffee table, and received a bracelet charm.

Absolute disgrace, and we're trying to reverse our payment asap

Got the same penny star that everyone else received instead of the coffee table. Site had no bad reviews prior to this, seems they sent all orders out at the same time, collected the money and scarpered.

I am now intending to set up an online shop selling small jewellery stars. Does anyone have any spare ones ?

This is a scam website.
I ordered a coffee table but received a tiny keychain in a 10g envelope instead. The item they sent is clearly not what I purchased.
Their email doesn’t work and the website is now gone. No response from the company at all.
If this happened to you, contact your bank immediately and open a chargeback. That is the only way to get your money back.
Avoid this website.

SCAM/FRAUD ordered a coffee table / only received a trinket ??? got updates on delivery , got notified yesterday it was being delivered , then notification it had been delivered by Royal Mail, as I wasn’t there rang around trying to get a friend/ neighbour to go and take off my doorstep/ checked the ring doorbell to see my postman posting something through the letter box. When I got back tiny envelope with Tommy Tu written on with a naff cheap trinket for a chain . Knew I hadn’t ordered it , total scam ! Emails bounced back can’t get hold of anyone , started a claim back 🤞

Agreeing with all other customers. Absolute SCAM! They send a little star trinket via royal mail tracked rather than your item (in my case a coffee table) in order to provide you with a tracking number! AVOID! Apparently they have set up a new website - Northwood-London.uk

I’ve just reported them to my bank so hopefully I’ll get my money back. Ordered a coffee table and never arrived. Got an email from Romi on 01/3 that it will be with me soon but no show yet. Requested refund but no response either.
Today I received in an envelope a star charm 🤭 instead of my table.
I hope you face the consequences of what you’re doing. SCAMMERS

This website is pure fraudulent, their website is no longer working so hopefully it has been shut down so no one else orders from this place! I was sent a tracking number and when trying to track it there was no tracking updates, I emailed the company and informed if i do not receive any info then it will submit a fraud claim and holy moly they emailed back saying they have stock issues and refunded me, funnily enough they didnt cancel the order and sent the same star charm as everyone else has claimed!

SCAM!! Ordered and paid for a coffee table and also only received a stupid star charm!!! Claiming a dispute of goods received with my credit card, I am also going to report to trading standards!! Please stay away frombthis company and tell everyone you know this company is a scam!!!

Scam - No table was sent. Just a small packet with a tiny trinket to make it look like the table was delivered. I will claim on my credit card.

Complete con merchants....If I could put 0 I would. As with everyone else's situation I ordered a coffee table and yes I too received a tiny star pendant. DO NOT order from this company/ person / low life

Scam. Ordered a coffee table end-February 2026. Chased for updates and refund requests with no response. Advised credit card to commence reclaim proceedings and just like magic, received notification my order had shipped. As others report, my envelope contained a tiny pendant.

If I could give less then I would - as with others received a little plastic charm and will be contacting my bank and making a claim

Do not trust this company - I ordered a table and received a small plastic star trinket. It was sent via Royal mail tracked so it would appear to have been delivered - nothing heard back from the company.

This company is scam! I received a star pendant instead of a coffee table this morning.

Once placed the order over 2 weeks still haven't received the goods and the website not working.

Scammed also. They have now set up an identical website, but with a new name called Northwood-London.uk ( it’s on Facebook)
