Agreeing with all other customers. Absolute SCAM! They send a little star trinket via royal mail tracked rather than your item (in my case a coffee table) in order to provide you with a tracking numbe... Voir plus

Got the same penny star that everyone else received instead of the coffee table. Site had no bad reviews prior to this, seems they sent all orders out at the same time, collected the money and scarp... Voir plus

Scam, was talking to Romi from Customer Support Team and she said that my coffee table was currently in transit and has arrived with my local carrier - tracking number IT307382695GB and she got back in touch with me saying that if I preferred, I could have a refund but I said I would like to still have the item and that was on the 8th March. Since then I haven't had any contact despite reaching out to them.
I shall be contacting my bank and facebook and shopify as they need to take responsibility for this.

If I could put 0 I would. I purchased a coffee table from these scum at the end of February. Never to hear anything about when I would receive the item. I contacted them and they kept pushing the date for delivery out.
It has been three weeks since I ordered, only to receive a small black star pendant in place of what should have been a full coffee table!!
Avoid these scum like the plague as they are not worth the oxygen they breathe.

Company seems like a fraud!! Made order for a coffee table on the 20th of February, today is 7th of march and I have still not received my order. Tracking ID attached to the order isn’t progressing.
Reached out to the company through facebook but no response.

The company seems like a fraud. I ordered an item on the 19/02/2026 and today is 03/03/26 i have not received my order.
I emailed them and asked to cancel the order as i cannot wait any longer, which they agreed to. But since then i haven't received my money back. My order no: 1364. I am going to contact my bank to retrieve my money as they seem to don't care.
No communication, scam!!
