Not Worth the Price
I ordered the Five Stripe Navy hoodie and, honestly, I was disappointed. For the price Aviator Nation charges, I expected something exceptional — but the quality is surprisingly basic. Nothing about it stands out from what you’d find at any regular clothing store, and in some cases, department store alternatives offer comparable or better quality for a fraction of the cost.
I can’t justify the price point based on what I received. If you’re considering purchasing, I’d suggest trying it in person before committing — or exploring other options that offer better value for your money.

I had a very positive experience with Aviator, thanks to Robert’s excellent customer service. I reached out regarding a sweatshirt that had a tear, and he made the return process simple and stress-free.

After I sent the item back, they replaced it with a similar one, and everything was handled efficiently. Robert was consistently kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.

What stood out most was his extra effort to ensure I received my package when there were issues with my mail. That level of care really made a difference.

I truly appreciate the support and would not hesitate to order from Aviator again.

what a joke

how can these people still be in business. these are $10 sweatshirts costing $150 I made the mistake of wearing my new one on an airplane and by the time we landed me and everyone around me were covered in my sweatshirt it literally fell apart. Walked by another lady wearing one and asked if hers was doing it also and she said if i had any other shirt in my bag i would change right now. These brands have gotten rediculous in price and quality i will pay for quality this brand is junk

I once loved this brand

I once loved this brand, but the quality of their products is garbage. I have so many of their pieces that just fall apart with minimal use. It's really quite depressing how great they could be, but they only love to take your money and send you sub par products. Stay away and invest your money in clothing that lasts

Do NOT use their discount code. They push it on you during checkout, and what they don't make clear is that using it makes your order final sale — no returns. This policy is buried in the fine print and not disclosed upfront. I received my items late, never wore them, and they're still in original packaging, yet they refused my return because of the discount code. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Shady business practice designed to trap customers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I have been wearing Aviator Nation for…

I have been wearing Aviator Nation for years and have only had 2 instances I needed to reach out. Both times the customer service agent resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. It’s one of the many reasons I will continue to shops and wear Aviator nation. They back their brand and the quality and design are always fabulous.

Absolutely Terrible costumer service

Absolutely Terrible costumer service. I ordered two trucker hats for $130 dollars and received one in the complete wrong style and color. After reaching out, the representative in the email was unapologetic and rude, telling me that once I returned the WRONG ITEM SHIPPED TO ME, they would then process the return and ship the correct items. This is after waiting two weeks for my order. I ended up having to do a charge back because they wouldn’t communicate effectively with me. Just a joke of a company for those prices you pay. Will never do business with them again

Pink sweatshirt arrived shedding like crazy. Washed it and the dye bled all over the entire load of laundry ruining everything. Used to be good quality but this is now cheap garbage.

Terrible customer service seems like a company with a lot of incompetent employees. If you’re going to have the nerve to charge $150 for a pair of sweatpants, you should really have an elevated company to back it up. I ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants on December 13. It still hasn’t arrived. Meanwhile, on 12/22 they were advertising for delivery by 1224. Laughable. I did call customer service and also emailed on 1222 and I was told they will send out a new expedited order. Shocker it never arrived so I was left with nothing to give my niece on Christmas day. The outfit I ordered was about $300 so I did not plan to get her anything else. Inexcusable…they should fire each and every customer service rep and order “picker” that is working there now.
