As joint shareholders, we are deeply concerned by the lack of transparency at Avora Capital. We have not received dividends for 14 months, including a specific payment promised for December 2024. The Director recently confirmed to us in writing that new charges were registered against the company’s assets on January 16, 2026, without our prior consultation. We have formally rejected the proposed 11-member committee and have notified the Security Trustee (Mandaris) that we support their enforcement actions to protect shareholder interests. We urge other investors to seek independent updates."

Surprisingly all my hope regarding them was lost after I started seeing the negative reviews and the other site closed which prompted me to seek legal action.
I only received half of my investment today but the lawyer assured me I would get the balance very soon.
You all should file for yours.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Avora Capital so others know what they might be getting into. What started as what I thought would be a straightforward investment turned into months of stress, frustration, and disappointment.

After realizing something wasn’t right and struggling to get proper communication or resolution from their team, I had no choice but to take legal action. My lawyer Vy~tue LLP filed a civil case back in August because Avora Capital simply wouldn’t release my funds. The process was exhausting constant follow ups, delays, and a complete lack of accountability from their side.

It’s honestly unbelievable that it took going through the courts just to recover my own money. I finally received payment this Monday, but the experience has left me with no trust or confidence in this company.

If you’re considering dealing with Avora Capital, please be very careful. In my opinion, no one should have to go through legal action to get fair treatment or access to their own funds. This was a stressful and time-consuming ordeal that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Don’t invest!!

I have massive issues with Avora capital, can’t get my funds back for more than 2 years. No communication and they don’t response to any enquiries from me and many other investors.

We were 'sold' this investment by Andy Maude at Sterling Woodrow. The payments stopped in 2024 so the company is in default. I read below that Ullcom have taken the company over but have not had any direct communication from them. When I contact them there is mention of Andy Maude or his ghost but he never returns my messages. This investment should be our pension. Is there any "class action" to join? I formed a bondholders group for a different failed company / scam. Has anybody formed one for this default ?

I invested £35,000 in 2024 through a property-backed social housing scheme promoted by Sterling Woodrow. The returns were advertised at 10% per year, with strong emphasis on investor protection via asset charges.

While I have been listed as a shareholder, I have struggled to receive consistent updates, financial reports, or asset valuations, despite repeated requests since early 2025.

Additionally, I noticed new charges were registered in March 2025 against the company’s properties. I would welcome clarification on how this impacts previous investor protections.

I’m sharing this to encourage others to do extra due diligence and ask the right questions. I hope to update this if the situation improves.

Last year, the other board member left without any communication, and now, with the new CEO, Ullah, things aren't great at all it not worsening. It’s becoming clear that we’ve lost our investment. I initially reached out to Andy and the ACL email address, but as soon as I requested the release of my funds due to personal financial difficulties, they began ignoring me. Despite my calls, and emailing them every day asking for a call from the CEO - No one reached out.
From what I've gathered, they are in a tough situation. I’ve also been informed that their bank accounts have been frozen, making it impossible to retrieve our money. Further investigation revealed that they are not registered with the FCA, which significantly increases the risk that we’ve lost our investments altogether
Call the FCA office, if you do not trust me!
This situation has to be cleared. We need to be united to find a way to get back our money. It was a very big mistake that cost me and you all a lot of money for untrusted people. DO NOT TRUST ANY MORE KIND WORDS. THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO GIVE BACK TO PEOPLE.

When you are so keen to our reviews that much, instead be more proactive in ACL inbox and reply to my emails or calls.
I asked to be called by the CEO many time for almost 2 months now. However, I have been ignored!
It’s my right to speak to your boss or the decision maker since the CSM couldn’t help.
When I have invested money for the first time Avora team confirmed that I can take out my money any time I need them. Have you changed your rules ?
This is not fair holding my investment for the time I urgently need it. What kind of business is this ?

Absolute scam.

Avora was taken over by Ullcom in November, Ullcom could be better at communicating to all investors but they are trying.
Hopefully all investors will receive a call updating them of the situation. We had a call from Andy Maude, recently employed by the new owner and he assured us all would be ok and an email will be sent out by March. Just hang tight the shares are safe.

As you have all seen, I posted on trust pilot with regards Avora Capital and my bad experience.
I have since been speaking to Mr Ahsan Ullah CEO of Avora Capital, and Ullcom. Ltd.
He has assured me that everything is legitimate and that since acquiring the major shareholding stakes in Avora Capital and becoming CEO of the company he has encountered many hurdles but he is overcoming them by assuring each shareholder individually that he is taking the company to further heights.
He has assured me our shares are stable and he has great plans for the future.
I believe him and I wish to add that my trust pilot which has reached over 700 reads may be deleted soon. I just need to be 100% sure. At this point I am waiting on legal documents and once I receive it I will remove my previous trust pilot.
I also want to point out that I am not beng forced or coerced . I am doing this because I believe rightly or wrong Mr Ahsan Ullah and Avora Capital and Ullcom. Ltd need to be given a chance to prove themselves. God forbid I am wrong and lose my life’s savings.

Well Avora is doing great work. They are providing good services.Last week I spoke to Thomas and luckily got a chance to talk to the CEO Mr Ahsan Ullah about the company’s ongoing developments,he is looking very promising about the company’s upcoming projects.As an investor,l can say that the company is very serious towards its duties and responsibilities.Feeling good to know that andy is also coming back on board.hoping for the best.
