Had been given conflicting information from another plumber, who used some products to no avail, I had two radiators that were part of an extension that were not getting as warm as the rest. Various things had been previous tried.

AWG were recommended to me, so contacted them, visit arranged, arrived on time, was polite, courteous and friendly.

Looked over the entire heating system, thoroughly explained how these work and their respective functions, I previously hated and probably still do hate plumbing issues! Anyway, point is that I was explained in layman terms what each aspect does and how to use, monitor etc.

My pressure was checked, temperature checked, radiators aired, thermostat checked, tank and boiler checked. And the voila radiators working and house is now warm!

Very happy with the recommendation and finally feel that I have found a company who I can trust and would recommend.

This company is run by a Muslim extremist called Adam Loxley, also known as Omar Abdullah Bal. World Israel News published an article about him entitled "Antisemitic Plumber Fundraised for ISIS, Denies Oct. 7th Atrocities". Omar is racist and refuses to serve Jews because the Israelites are daring to defend themselves from a war which the Gazans started. He has conveniently forgotten that Israel has had 200,000 rockets directed at it in just a few months, and that 80,000 Israelites are homeless due to extensive fires from constant rocket attacks. Omar is from Turkey and he conveniently forgets that his country is committing genocide against Christians in Armenia.

Don’t ever use these plumbers they are cowboys, they attempted to repair my boiler and ended up having to spend a fortune for another plumbing company to rectify the issue.

If you want your pipes to come apart and flood your house 30 minutes after they've left and for them to block your calls after charging you 6 x what a proper plumber would, then this is your firm!

A racist company who refuse to provide a service to a client... Willing to pay. They chose who to service because of personal prejudice.
Stay clear and chose a proper company.

The employee of the company refused services based on a race and faith of the client. Their headquarters, when contacted about the issue, supported that. Well, isn't it against Sec 29 Equality Act 2010, which prohibits discrimination by suppliers of services to the public against customers because of protected characteristics including religion, nation, race etc?
