I had a really positive experience with Ayan Capital from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, smooth and much easier than I expected.
Their team were quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful on WhatsApp. They kept me updated throughout, clearly explained what was happening and let me know exactly what information they needed from me, which made everything feel very organised and stress-free.
Their website was also really easy to use, and the overall application and finance process was simple and efficient. Once everything was completed, payment was made promptly to the car dealership we were buying the car from, with no unnecessary delays or complications.
Another huge positive for me is that Ayan Capital offers halal car finance. For people who want to purchase a car while avoiding conventional interest-based finance, having this kind of option available in the UK is genuinely fantastic. It feels like something that has been missing for a long time, and it's great to finally have an alternative that allows muslims and others to get finance and avoid interest.

Alhamdulillah, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Ayan Capital. Finding a genuinely halal way to finance a car can be difficult, so when I came across Ayan, I was initially quite cautious and had a LOT of questions about the process, how everything worked and whether it was genuinely Shariah-compliant.
From the very beginning, the team were absolutely brilliant. Their customer service was second to none. I must have called them what felt like a million times with questions, some probably repeated more than once 😂, but every single time they were patient, polite and more than happy to explain things to me.
What really stood out was that I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone. They were literally one call away whenever I needed them, and that gave me so much reassurance throughout the process.
The whole experience was smooth, transparent and professional, but most importantly, I now have my car knowing that I was able to finance it in a way that aligns with my Islamic values and avoids conventional interest-based finance. That peace of mind is priceless.
Ayan Capital have genuinely made something that can seem complicated and stressful feel incredibly straightforward. The communication was excellent, the team were approachable and the whole process was handled professionally from beginning to end.

If you’re reading this you’re probably in the research phase. Honestly I was looking for ages. I’ve always wanted a nice car, but the riba options are just a NO. Not worth your akhira. Even the others that say they offer halal finance, if you look closely in their contracts they’re not great, and they have late payment fees. I wanted Ayan ages ago but they used to only offer it to taxi drivers. But when they opened up to mass market, and I made dua to allah for a nice car for our lord to facilitate it for me and this just happened and it became so easy alhamdulillah, they explain everything so clearly on the phone if you have any questions and the process is just so easy and smooth online. Honestly 10/10
They have seperate contracts no late payment fees. These are the big major things that set them apart from the other finances companies. May Allah accept our and their efforts and save us all from RIBA and forgive us for our shortcomings

To be honest it was a pretty smooth experience from start to finish. Staff were very helpful when I did encounter tech issues. If you don't have cash to buy your own vehicle direct, then I would recommend Ayan finance as a safe alternative in avoiding Riba or Interest.

Overall, an amazing service. The staff were calm and helpful, and the process — particularly the Ijara arrangement — was clearly explained. Using the dashboard to confirm approved dealerships made for a more seamless experience. Ideally, the website could also be improved so that only approved cars and dealerships are displayed.

My first experience has been pretty good Alhamdulillah. The gentleman agent Azeem Raji was very patient and helped me through the process. Within a couple of hours, the process was completed. If there's a one thing i'd ask Ayan is to talk to partner dealers to slash the dealer's penalty for not using their own finance and instead using Ayan. £399 pounds was a very unexpected and distasteful charge added on top of the car's cost
