☆☆☆☆ – My Biggest Financial Regret
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I chose Ayan Capital because it promotes itself as an ethical, Sharia-compliant finance company. As a Muslim, I trusted that I would be treated with honesty, fairness and transparency. Sadly, my personal experience has been the complete opposite.
Looking back, I feel I was persuaded into an agreement whose true financial impact I did not fully appreciate at the time. Once I calculated the total amount I would pay over the life of the agreement, I was shocked. In my personal opinion, it turned out to be even more expensive than conventional bank finance.
The weekly repayments have completely changed my life. I have to work extremely long hours just to keep up with the payments. Taking a holiday has become almost impossible, spending quality time with my family is difficult, and the constant financial pressure has caused me enormous stress and anxiety.
The biggest disappointment for me is that I chose Ayan because of its Islamic values. I genuinely believed I was choosing a fairer and more ethical alternative. Instead, I personally feel that the agreement was simply structured differently from conventional finance but left me with a financial burden that, in my experience, was even heavier.
My advice to anyone considering Ayan Capital is simple: do not rely only on verbal explanations. Read every document carefully, calculate the total amount you will repay from start to finish, ask how early settlement is calculated, and compare the total cost with a conventional bank before signing anything.
Trust me before you commit, compare the overall cost with a normal bank loan. In my personal experience, I found conventional bank finance far more affordable and far more merciful than this agreement. As a Muslim, that is one of the hardest things I have ever had to say. I personally feel deeply disappointed that I placed my trust in a company because of its religious branding, only to end up with one of the biggest financial regrets of my life.
This review reflects my own personal experience, and I hope it helps others make a fully informed decision before committing to a long-term financial agreement.

Staff were very helpful, the delaer wasn't verified with them and I wanted to purchase the car on the same day. Within 15 minutes they gave a decision to proceed after higher management approval. Invoice was sent to dealer. Didn't take much long. Then the process was simple everything was on the dashboard and I've completed the actions within the hours and dealer received payments. The people at Ayan really did amazing in support me in acquiring this vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.
