If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered bedding on Black Friday and I just got it in. It looks old and washed out compared to the pictures. What an awful company such a scam. I wish I could show pictures of what it looks like.

Do not order from this site. I paid them in October and still do not have merchandise in January. You can't track the packages and you can't contact them. SCAM!!!

I received my beautiful king size hummingbird quit and my mother is so happy and I'm happy to . Thank you so much

What a scam!!
Purchased an item about a month ago followed tracking for a little while Then it just disappeared it's never showed up countless emails to them nothing can't find the phone number.

This was by far the worst level of bait and switch. Nothing was anything the way they made it seem, it was screened press, horrible!!!!!

Scam. Products received are not what I ordered. Never buy anything from this place.

I ordered two blankets from this company and they arrived yesterday. They were completely different from picture on webpage. They were to have panels specific to Marine Mom. Instead there were only two panels with reference to Marine Mom. The others were Navy Mom and three referred to Firefighter Mom.
Tried to e-mail them to send back in exchange for the correct ones but came back Mailer Damen saying their E-mail had reached their quota and could not receive e-mail. All I want is the correct blankets and not the partial refund (20.97)PayPal says they are offering.

I ordered four small quilts: none of them is what I ordered and the quality is so horrific that I can't do anything at all with them except donate them to a charity and hope they can do something with them. Complete lack of intent or integrity: these people should be shut down.This is a total rip off, and I would love to see some kind of class action suit against them.

This place is a SCAM!! Do not order from them! It says the company is in Texas when in reality it is in China. I kept getting emails saying that my purchase was being made with care & would be shipped as soon as it was made. I received email after several days saying it had shipped but It took forever to get it. When I tried to email them to check on my order, my email said mailbox full, undeliverable. I ordered a full size comforter that looked really nice in the picture. When it came it was very thin with no quilting. Flag-like material with a liner. I’ve learned my lesson - to pay more attention to where I’m ordering from & to read the reviews before I purchase anything. All these reviews are bad! Don’t waste your time or your money!!! I thought it was legit using PayPal but I was wrong.

Ordered 2 duvet sets. One for me and one for my neighbour. When we received the they were nothing like what was in picture.They were even too small for my bed. Tried contacting them but it seems their site is closed down. We are both out over $100 each. Terrible.

I ordered a retirement gift/blanket for a retiring nurse. There were TWO styles to choose from. When my friend received her gift she posted a picture of FB, it was NOT the one I ordered!! I was furious! I contacted Azcozy 4 times via email and none of the people understood what I was explaining, even when I sent pictures of the mistake they made. Hello ding dongs, clueless or playing dumb? I reported them to BBB but that didn't get a response. Mailed a letter with copies of all info, same as sent in emails. It came back today - Return to Sender, Attempted - Not known, unable to forward. What a SCAM this company is!!! DO NOT purchase from them!!!

I’m sorry I didn’t find these Azcozy.com reviews. Of course, the reviews shown on their website are obviously false. I had the same experience many others reported. I paid nearly $100 with shipping for a quilt. What I received looked nothing like the picture and instead of quilting was actually stenciled on lines! After sending them pictures comparing to their ad, they said they would send me a 25% credit, which would have been their sale price. I never received the credit back and the person I was emailing blocked me from emailing them back. I submitted a second complaint and got no response. Truly this company is just a scam!

This company deserves zero stars. Complete rip off. Product is Dollar Store quality. Way over priced. Fraudulent advertisement of product, no response from customer service, screwed out of money with no recourse. DO NOT SPEND A DIME buying from this company.

It took forever to receive and it was the wrong item. Not happy!

I ordered a twin comforter but didn’t realize blanket cover meant duvet cover. I’m not that upset because I just spent $70 for a twin comforter set from kohl’s and it was very light comforter. I ordered a duvet insert from Amazon $25. If the duvet insert doesn’t work out then I’ll update my review. And the print was fine. Would have given 4 stars but their was a mildew odor, like it had been sitting in a warehouse for a really long time. I’m washing it now.

Update: The smell washed out. The duvet insert works well with the cover.

This is the quality of a "foam mat." It is not a tuft/shag/pile carpet or rug. Also it has a trimmed edge which did not match the mat. I was disappointed with the description online. The image itself was beautiful.

BEWARE!! too bad I have to give a star at all. Ordered 4 items on Dec 1 for Christmas. 3 of them arrived on Dec 31 - 30 days later. Wouldn't have mattered though because I would have never given any of them as a gift. They are complete and total pieces of CRAP. They stink. The "rugs" are a photo copy of a braided rug on a piece of this packing foam-like fabric. Items look NOTHING like description or photo. I sent over 20 emails and no replies. Am disputing charges. Something should be done about these crooks.

The item received was NOTHING like what was pictured and it took over two months to arrive. I emailed customer service who told me to send pictures. I sent the pictures about two weeks ago and have hear nothing back.

This company is a scam and I wish I had done more research before making this purchase and wasting my money.

Wish I could give NO stars. Ordered 3 quilts as gifts. First two were correct but poor quality. We ordered a King size quilt and were sent the wrong item! When we contacted azcozy, we we offered 30% off and were told the the quilt was similar and is also nice and that we should just keep the wrong one. We sent to Paypal to resolve and were told that we have to pay for shipping back to Hong King for the company mistake. I am disgusted and would NEVER recommend using this company. Paypal did not help with a resolution either. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 items. The tracking said both were sent in same order and received. I got just 1 item. If I email them it bounces back from their mailbox being full. I am disputing the charge for the item not recurved and will not order again. No customer service.
