Really positive experience with b-spoke…
Really positive experience with b-spoke who recently completed our roof in November and we are really happy with the quality of the fit and look and style of the tiles. Really happy with the outcome and would recommend to all!!!

Roof
Just had a new roof done few weeks ago problems to start with but a couple of phone calls later everything was sorted, great bunch of guys that came to do the work had it all finished in a couple of days, thank you for all the hard work.

Excellent Roughcast Job Completed
Just had our house roughcasted and what an excellent job.
From first contact to job completion B Spokes customer service has been great and Chas and team worked tirelessly and kept area clear and tidy to get job completed despite the weather.
Nothing but praise for B-Spoke and I will definatley use in future and have no hesitation in recommending them.

B-Spoke Group carried out work on my home and I’ve been impressed throughout the whole process. From the initial survey to the final finish, the communication was clear and the team turned up when they said they would. The quality of the work is excellent and the job was completed on time with no issues. The workers were polite, respectful of my property, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I’m very satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing or exterior work.

The whole experience from start to finsh what very professional and answered all our questions, they are all very nice and could not be more helpful. ! The office were lovely to and got back to me when needed ! When the coating was being done on my house, they guys were all very nice and cleaned up after them self's! Avoid avoid avoid! Awful company. Adds extra to the quote you were offered and job was done awfully at one of my neighbours
Exit: since you mentioned not doing the work in my house I added one of my neighbours to clear it up since it was them and not us (Thankfully!!) your replies for a company are embarrassing
Story hasn’t changed never once said this was my home. Wouldn’t mind a cuppy as long as you don’t add extra charges like you do your quotes🤣

Thanks for the enthusiasm, but we’re a little confused! You booked an appointment with us back at the start of 2024, never went ahead, and we never carried out any work for you. Not a single screw turned, not a single cuppa shared.
So we’re not sure how we managed to “do an awful job” on a job that didn’t exist. Impressive imagination though.
If you’d like to chat about it, feel free to pop in for a cuppa—promise we won’t charge extra for the milk.
Edit: Since our reply went up, the story seems to have magically relocated from your own home to “one of your neighbours.” Quite the plot twist. Just to be crystal clear from our side: we didn’t carry out any work for you, your property, or any neighbour you’ve mentioned. So this review still doesn’t match anything we’ve actually done in the real world.
We’re all for creative writing, but reviews work best when they’re based on real jobs. Cuppa offer still stands.
Dreadful customer service.
We had a frustrating experience with B-Spoke Group that ultimately led us to decide not to use their services.
Our first interaction began when they knocked on our door offering a quote for some work. We agreed to receive a quote, but were then told that both myself and my partner had to be present because they “couldn’t sort finance otherwise.” This was confusing and frustrating, as we never asked for finance and were fully prepared to pay upfront. It felt like an unfair assumption was made about our situation.
After this, we made it clear that we were not interested in proceeding. Despite this, they continued to knock on our door on multiple occasions, repeatedly trying to push for work long after we had already declined.
What made the situation even more baffling is that after we had our roof completely replaced by a local company, Bespoke Group returned again trying to sell us a new roof. At that point, it was obvious the roof had just been done, which made their visit feel careless, disruptive, and poorly targeted.
Overall, this experience felt overly pushy, poorly organised, and disrespectful of our time and decisions. We value professionalism and respect for customer boundaries — this experience did not meet those expectations.

Thanks for taking the time to share your… memorable experience with us. It sounds like this one fell straight into the Bermuda Triangle of communication, so let’s clear a few things up before any myths start forming.
We always ask for all decision makers to be present during a visit, not because we’re making assumptions about anyone’s situation, and definitely not because we’re trying to be awkward but because it keeps the whole process streamlined. We’re exceptionally busy, and having everyone there saves the endless cycle of repeat visits, calls, and emails that nobody enjoys.
More importantly, we’re one of the very few companies allowed to offer bonded finance on our products. That comes with strict terms from our lender that we have to stick to in order to maintain our licence. We’re not jeopardising that for anyone. If someone wants to pay upfront, that’s absolutely fine just politely decline the finance. Though it’s worth noting that around 80% of people who plan to pay in full end up choosing finance once they see the benefits… but each to their own.
As for the extra knocks on the door, if you send over your address we’ll make sure to keep a very wide berth — cones, barriers, a no-fly zone, the full works.
And as for us offering you a new roof after you’d just had one installed… maybe or our rep needs an eye test.
Between us, it’s a bit of a shame to drop a 1-star review for a service you never actually used. Surely there are better ways to spend a day than that.

So a mixed but honest review.
Used B-Spoke this year for a new roof and rough casting.
The salesman was here for over 4 hours !
Alas that is the issue with this journey, B-Spoke are a sales company that then sub-contract work out.
The Good:
The rough casting was a dream of a journey.
Surveyor was lovely
The Rough Castors were outstanding!
Clean, tidy, professional and did an amazing job.
The Bad:
The roofers were nice and friendly and yes there was mitigating circumstances outwith their control that meant the boss couldn’t be on site. Understandable.
But…. The place was left a tip every day, the job took twice as long as it should.
The men worked 4 hours max most days and left without a word.
No snagging done as the job was outwith their area.
The skip wasn’t emptied as it was piled too high.
We chased and chased B-Spoke but it was outwith his control as the company was subcontracted and didn’t respond.
We had change of staff and the previous contact left with no handover.
Staff chased for money for work that wasn’t completed and aggressively insisted his notes said it was, that same contact told us he owned the sub contractors too - a lie.
So all in all if you get a good subcontractor you’re going to be delighted.
If you don’t you won’t be.
