the charming Ross came to our property and helped us with the re-roof process and offered us a great deal. The roof was completed within just 2 days , main roofer James did an excellent job 💯 top notch 👌 the Marley tiles are flawless 💯 very impressed with our roof. Job well done 👍

b-spoke preparation and covering ground was great,
front back high and low timing was very convenient
to me in the house, the final plaster and chipping
is beautiful , everything I hoped and expected from
the salesman .

Having just had our whole house re-rendered I can say that I am delighted with the finished works.
The guys worked hard and didn't stop till it was completed. We did have a couple of snaggings that were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Since the house was completed I have had many positive comments from neighbours.

I would not hesitate to recommend the workmanship from the team we had and are grateful for the graft they put in.

Been trying for months to get this company to come out and fix the roof. They never done the job properly and are ignoring emails.
So much for 10 year guarantee. AVOID!!!

I strongly advise caution before dealing with this company. After signing a contract, I later received reliable information that their work was of poor quality, so I cancelled before any work began. Despite this, they attempted to take me to court and charged me £2,800 for “services” I never received.

They also failed to provide a physical copy of their terms and conditions at the time of signing, which I only later discovered are buried on their website. These terms are heavily weighted in their favour and worth reading in full before you commit to anything.

My experience was stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I recommend doing thorough research and checking all contract details in writing before engaging with them.

Had my new extension roughcasted and the whole experience was totally hassle free. The workers were professional and coutreous and completely tidied up the site before they left.I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Edward explained everything very simple and easy to understand.

Very pleased with end results, I was kept well informed from start to finish of house roughcasting. Workers were professional and job completed in timeframe given. I would recommend.

The sales team to the workmen were very efficient. Unfortunately due to the weather conditions my job had to be re-scheduled a few times. (Our Scottish weather). The team arrived sharp on both mornings & worked tirelessly to get the job finished within the timescale. The team of workmen tidied everything up before they left. Very happy with my new roughcasting.

An excellent service. The roughcasting work to our house was warried out quickly and efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy when they left. The work was all done in three days and the exterior of our house looks lovely. A job well done.

The work, which was roughcasting, was carried out quickly and efficiently and they swept up and left everything neat and tidy. We were given advice as to how long to leave it before doing something like replacing a hanging basket and even they offered to return to re-hang it for me if I needed them to.

An excellent, honest service. Examination of roof and windows revealed that all was well at present. Nothing required to be renewed. Ross was very professional and pleasant. His honesty was refreshing. When I need a service re roof or windows, I will not hesitate to contact Ross and his company.

Work began on 29 April 2025 at 08:00 on the dot. No knock on the door to advise they were about to start, we (including our 4 month old at the time) were just suddenly woken up by the noise on the roof.

The bits of the old roof were being thrown in the skip which meant debris was going everywhere, including the neighbours garden.

When they had finished for the first day I needed to retrieve something from the attic. To my shock when I opened the hatch, more debris fell on me including a sizeable chunk of concrete. No effort had been made to clean as they went so the attic was completely filled with old bits of roof, muck etc.

When we emailed and called to express that we were unhappy about this, we were advised it was not their job to clean the mess as the work being carried out was "external" and the mess was "internal".

While I was in the attic I noticed a significant amount of nails had completely missed the beans and were poking through the boards. This stood out to me as the sales person who initially came to our house noticed this about the previous roof and commented about how "poor" the work was.

When I mentioned this on the phone, I was advised there was an "adequate" amount of nails in the beams to not be an issue and that some may have missed due to warping with the age of the building.

Once the work had been completed we went out to look at the finished product. In doing so I noticed that there was a gap in the tiles down the whole roof where our house connects to next door (theirs sits slightly higher than ours). This gap was only at the back side of the house.

I once again phoned about this and sent over pictures to show the gap and was advised that there was "adequate" coverage, however someone would be sent out to fill it in for aesthetic purposes.

If they had spent 2 minutes looking at the front and back of the house they would notice the cause of the gap was they had started the new tiles further across on the front of the house than they had the back.
This meant a full tile would not fit in the gap and in my opinion, they could not be bothered to cut down the tiles to fit the gap.
They had to do this anyway for the "aesthetic purposes".

Once all work had been fully completed and payment had been made, we were advised the skip, scaffolding, left over materials etc would be collected.
The skip was collected the next day. The scaffolding took about a week to be taken down.
There was a large piece that could not fit in the van they had brought which remained in our driveway for almost two further weeks.
We had to call multiple times for them to finally collect this.

At the time of me writing this review (28 June 2025), we are still waiting for the left over materials to be collected.
We have made several calls requesting this is done and have been advised it has been escalated.
We only have access to half of our driveway because of this.

Throughout this whole process I could not help but feel there is a distinct lack of pride in the work being carried out by this company.

If you are thinking about getting your roof done by them or you have had a sales pitch from them, please look at alternative options.

Well today have a local roofing company to redo all our roof which was done by bespoke in 2023 to a very bad standard. At least 20 tiles that have been taken off today are all broken. On contacting Bespoke numerous emails & letters have been sent which have been getting ignored. I contacted my local trading standards dept who sent emails & letters which have been also getting ignored. All I was asking for was compensation for my roof to be redone. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF.

Mum got new roughcast to the external walls, front and back of her end terraced which I have to say as well as loads of cracks was starting to fall away. Cannot fault or have anything bad to say about any of the staff who dealt with at Bespoke. From the first meet with David, Salesman who was polite, very informative and explained in detail the work that would be carried out. Were well informed and kept in touch with various people throughout to say what was happening and when so everything ran smoothly. The two guys that came from early in the morning to late at night worked like trojans to get the job done and what a fantastic job. Everyone who comes to mum's is making positive comments and saying how professional and good it looks. Mum is over the moon with it also. Would definitely recommend B-spoke for roughcast as did a great job. Everyone and everything worked well like a well oiled machine. Fantastic job. Also received Certificate of Guarantee when job was finished for future reference.

Very disappointing encounter with this company - they have refused to give me a quote for roughcasting a house because my husband wont be at the quote appointment with me. I own the house solely in my name.

I had a roof replaced in December. I’m sorry to say the project was a stressful experience for a number of reasons.

Firstly, the sales guy cannot reliably estimate the duration of the works- it’s a bungalow with bay windows so when he said it would take “5 days” I thought that was good going and had no reason to be suspicious. 5 WEEKS it took, so I had a scaffold clamped to my house for over a month (depressing) and a skip in my driveway with less than a foot of clearance either side to exit my house- for 5 WEEKS. Work was very sporadic but it was very cold so I understand that would slow progress but to be out by a factor of 5 in the duration is not on. No progress calls, reassurances, nothing. Really it would have taken 2 minutes for a call from management to say “sorry we got it so wrong”- it truly would have went a long way.

I have bay windows. The focal point of my property, so it’s got to look right. The tiles above these form an apex which I can appreciate is a complicated job to retile. The tiling looks good, but the ridge tiles on top are VERY messily installed. The mortar pointing on the ridge tiles looks like it was applied after 8 beers with a garden shovel. Far too much mortar that seems to been applied under and up the sides of the tiles, messy light mortar on almost black tiles looks very slap dash and now my house’s focal point has a very untidy look- my project was the single biggest expense I’ve ever bought, I really wanted to feel good about it but visuals are everything and its just not good enough.

I know its a tough job in winter, but I wasnt ready for the amount of cleanup I had to do. I had pieces of broken slates and hundreds of old nails everywhere, black gutters were splashed all over the front of my house with cement, pieces of old bitumen roof lining strewn through my chipped driveway and garden, i still pick out debris whenever i go outside even now after 6 months.

I hate the way the project conclusion is handled, when you’re told “scaffolding doesn’t leave until you pay” - you’ll go through a quick inspection to sign something (i had to climb the scaffold, what if I’d fallen?), but it’s not enough time to take it all in. I would recommend getting a third party roofing expert to accompany you on the inspection, it would cost a little but i think it would be wise. At the very least film the inspection for future reference.

So, go in with eyes open, don’t base any decisions on the sales guy’s estimate of project duration- especially if its winter. Factor in that you will have to clean up A LOT if its a full roof on a complex building. Pay attention during the inspection, and look for poorly finished detailing if that’s important to you.

Very professional teams, scaffolding team a bit careless about garden plants and small trees but great work overall...
