So sad that I didn’t look this company up beforehand. They debited my card through both my Apple pay cash and my credit card on apple pay on file. They did it through a different entity too $2500. People please don’t be like me. Please look up EVERY single time prior to purchasing

DO NOT TRUST. this website scam people I bought a bassinet and never got tracking never got package and they never responded to any of my emails. Really pathetic they steal from expecting families. It’s been months since I bought the bassinet. Never again.

DO NOT ! Order from this website, they will charge your debit card and never ship the item. I try to contact customer service and never reply. This so far the worst experience ever.

Scam!!!!! How dare this website scam mother's or anyone trying to buy stuff for their kid.

Ordered a small item on their website. Shortly after, got a fraud alert on my card for other items from them that I did not order. Stopped thta from going thru. Then contacted them via emial twice to verify my order and no response after 2 weeks now. I also tried calling phone # on website and says its NOT A WORKING NUMBER !! STAY VERY FAR AWAY !!

Do not buy from this place, it is a complete SCAM. They never shipped my item and right after the purchase they tried to use my debit card wich got blocked. Look at the other reviews.

Fake company, they will charge your card multiple times after purchase.

Zero stars, complete scam. My mom tried to order a dollhouse for my daughter's birthday. She received an error message when she tried to purchase and no confirmation email. A few days later, two charges totaling almost $800 were posted on her bank account from "KIDDIEQUESTSHOPCOM." The next day it happened again with the same charges and same "store" name. We tried to call the number on the website and it is invalid. Luckily her bank is getting her money back, but she's on a fixed income and this really put a dent in her account. Stay away from this site at all cost. I will definitely be reporting them.

Ripped off. Suspect my fraudulent card usage due to my "purchase" of merchandise from Babies Mall. Two weeks later no order and no replies to numerous requests.

This company is nothing but a scam site. I ordered a foldable baby bed with mosquito netting on February 12. They said they would notify me when the item shipped, but after two weeks I still didn't hear from them. I attempted to contact them via email (I don't think it even went through) and phone (a number that came up as invalid).
Fortunately I used a virtual credit card. My credit card company flagged two attempts by this company to make other purcheses.

If I could give this a below Zero rating I would. I received a confirmation email onmy order of the baby bouncer. but no further communication. Also, I had money taken out of my account under a different company and then a month later $500 dollars was taken out that I didn't catch, and the very next day $1000 was taken out which I did catch. My bank is taking care of this as fraud, but it's very stressful! How can this site still be up and active?

Ordered the activity jumper for $26.99 which extra charges kept occuring. Never received item. Very stressful experience.

They took my money an never received my order

I ordered an item and received email with order number. Never received my order. When I put the order number in to track it on their web site it says order not found. But they managed to find my money just fine. I’m letting my bank handle it but I have had it with these rip off companies.

This is a scam company. They charged my credit card then proceeded to make two additional charges totaling over $500. When you try to call, the number is fake as is the number for the company listed on the credit card charge. There should be some way to remove this web site.

FRAUDDDD after placing an order or $13.00 a kids alarm CLOCK I GET this two transactions DENIED by the way in the Amont of $300 and another of 64 dollars you pieces of garbage….

I ordered a box of magna-tiles for my grandson which totaled $35. Charge was deducted from my account couple of days later; then few days after that 4 separate charges totaling $1,400 was taken from my account. My bank caught the 4th charge and stopped it but I had to file a fraud claim for the other $1,000 of charges. There was no way to contact the merchant, I never received the item I ordered. Unfortunately I didn’t do my homework of checking this site before I ordered.

The website is fraudulent. I placed an order but never received the product. Additionally, the site tried to charge a large amount to my credit card. I strongly advise against using this website.
