I ordered a little percussion set from this company on Dec8th 2025, the next day they charged my card for 2,009 dollars from a fraudulent company I never heard of. I called both companies up multiple times, and no one picks up. What makes matters worse is my Credit One credit card company told me I am responsible for all charges. I got scammed from Babies Mall, and then scammed from my credit card company. Stay away froth companies.

I ordered a children’s broom/ mop set for $12.99, they charged me for that then 3 days later charged me $$349 and attempted to charge $320 and $57.60. Thankfully the bank stopped those but I’m still out the $349 and $12.99. Do not order anything from them. The charge on my card says HOME VIBE CO, but I ordered from Babies Mall

I bought a baby carrier over the weekend and had a confirmation e-mail. On Monday, I thought I would check and make sure - and the website said they did not have an order. I tried to call - phone number not valid. I replied to my e-mail to cancel the order. I google the company and all the negative reviews came up. I went to my credit card and disputed the charge and called the credit card company to be on the lookout. By evening the refused charges had totaled over 600.00. Luckily neither me nor my card company is out any money.

0 stars if I could. I wish I found these reviews before I had ordered. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Like everyone else has said they collect your card info and try charging multiple transactions to your account. Luckily I locked my card after seeing these reviews so only thing I lost was what I had thought I had ordered. Also reported them to a government agency.

Placed an order and my card was hacked. So far almost $1800 has been charged to my credit card. I received an email confirming the order but the link to the order and to their website is invalid. Avoid Babies Mall at all costs.

I ordered a baby bouncer from them and they literally drained my bank account a few days later. I don't understand how they are allowed to get away with doing this to people its ridiculous.

Absolutely scam. They are using a loophole in card authorization. They are collecting your card info and then will do multiple charges using saved credentials or recurring payments by another companies which are not exist.
I got scammed for $379by train play sport conq and $67.20by yourbestpremiumpetshop.
The funniest part wellsfargo bank declined the dispute, by saying this was a legit transactions.
BBB and gov egincies declined complains also.

Their phone number listed isn't even legit.
I ordered from them and was never shipped.
After I ordered from them my credit card was charged 7 times from someone in Burbank CA. I had to get a new card.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM TO COLLECT YOUR CARD INFORMATION! I got got by this site. They get your card information and use it purchase as much as they can get away with. And it happens quickly. They make the items on the site inexpensive to lure you in, and the next thing you know, there are unauthorized charges to your account. I have reported them to the BBB and Google. Please be cautious online!

Placed an order totaling $11.99 and my card was hacked. So far a total of $1800 has been charged to my debit card. Now my money is tied up until an investigation is completed. Right here the week before Christmas and unable to buy any gifts because my funds are tied up. DO NOT BUY DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD (DEBIT OR CREDIT) INFO TO THEM.

Like others I tried to track my item and it said order not found. Also a few days after my purchase my account was hacked for several thousand dollars! Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order

I made an order on dec 7 and the next day, my card got charged 349 then 62.82 in a luxury place 🤣 thanks God I never use my bank card for things like that and where I use my cards I never have or keep money. I made the order and seven days after I have not received anything I tried to track my package and it says my order cant be found 🤣 this is incredible. Thanks God I only spent 13.99.

Scam dont use this website never give them your credit card. They will try to use your information to purchase items. This website is fraudulent and have been reported
