I ordered from here on just eat but I didn’t receive my food because of the driver, however the bab tooma’s customer service was excellent and very helpful on trying to retrieve it. Although I didn’t get the food I would definitely recommend buying from here

I had an excellent dining experience at Bab Tooma! The meat I tried was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning. I appreciated that it wasn’t over-spiced, which allowed the natural flavors to shine through. The food was delicious and authentic, and I look forward to coming back for more.

Amazing service. The lamb chops were so tasty and the kibbeh was the best I ever tasted! The mocktails were also a highlight, really lovely staff - very attentive to people with nut allergies also. Highly recommend!

Having read the below reviews I do wonder if it’s the same company as we have just ordered from the Bradford restaurant via UberEats and the food arrived swiftly, we were given extras that we didn’t order which was nice and above all, the food was delicious. The cold mezze dips especially! Some of the best mid eastern food we have had since visiting Jordan and UAE. Very impressed and will be back.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THEM as they keep missing items in orders and they never take responsibility; when you do call them they either DO NOT ANSWER (seeing that you are a complaint customer on the screen) or GIVE YOU USELESS ADVICE! This happened many times and each time I rang them with no help/result. WE (AS A WORK PLACE) DECIDED TO NEVER ORDER FROM OR VISIT THE RESTAURANT AGAIN (And we were ordering a lot from them!) - STAY AWAY!

Nothing at this restaurant impressed me. We were a party of 3 and started with a sharing platter which cost £14. Disappointed to see that we were only given 2 stuffed vine leaves to share between 3 people. Really - could you not give us an extra stuffed vine leaf?

We all chose filleted lamb which was very dry and therefore tasteless. Every time I have had this dish it has come with both rice and flat bread but in Babtooma it was one or the other. We wanted both so had to pay extra for the bread. Also grilled tomato is a standard part of this meal and we should not have had to ask for it as if it were an extra. My feeling is that the restaurant has a lot to learn about good middle eastern hospitality because at the moment it falls far short. I can not see myself ever going there again.

I used the online ordering system on their website, received a confirmation email to say it would be delivered within 45 minutes. After waiting an hour the food had still not arrived so I rang the Oakwood Restaurant directly. The lady who answered the phone clearly did not have a clue what she was doing, and had to go away and ask another member of staff. She eventually returned and told me that they do not take orders on the website; even though their website clearly allows it! After talking to her for some time she clearly wasn't listened, never offered to take the order over the phone or apologise for poor service I had received, so I hung up and ordered elsewhere!
