Good price, great removal engineer
I contacted a few stairlift companies. This company gave me the best quote. The customer service lady booking the removal was really accommodating with suitable dates. On the day, I had a call from the engineer John to confirm his arrival time. Following inspection of the stairlift, payment was made straight away. John was hard working, clean and efficient in removing the stairlift. No damage to carpet or decoration. Thanks John.

Generally fine but communication issues.
Generally fine. However the company appears to have some internal communication issues. The lady on the phone Jade and my confirmation e-mail gave me one time window, but the engineer John when he texted the day before gave me another. When I mentioned the time given by Jade he said "She is not meant to give times". This was an inconvenience as I had to change plans. Both people were otherwise nice, friendly and professional.

First contact was very informative the lady I spoke to took time to tell me what the company was about and how the process would work so I was in no doubt about how to move forward,the guy who removed the stairlift was on time and courteous,removed it with no fuss or damage ,couldn’t have worked better really .
