Praise where praise is due
Nothing but praise for my dealings with Stairlifts Warehouse. I wanted my parents equipment to be recycled as fully as possible and not just sent to landfill. This relatively new company endeavour to do just that wherever possible.
From website ease of use, communication throughout, engineers punctuality and removal, immediate payment transfer..... all seamless.
Thanks to engineers John & trainee Lewis for a good job.

Driver called when he was 1 hour away…
Driver called when he was 1 hour away and was very pleasant on arrival. The service received was quick and professional and payment made as soon as the driver was happy with the stairlift. Would recommend using if you have a stairlift that you no longer need.

The company are easy to deal with
The company are easy to deal with. We agreed a date and time ( rescheduled once due to A31 closure) . The engineer arrived with the agreed window, checked the stairlift and we settled on the higher end of the price range. I was paid immediately over the phone and the whole exercise took about 45 mins.

Very happy with the initial valuation range and early appointment to de-install. John, the fitter was helpful and efficient...agreed the stairlift was in excellent condition, so honoured the top end of the quote which was nice to see. Job completed in less than an hour.

Very poor service
damaged property whilst removing and unable to contact anybody as regard to damage caused also told on phone worth 375 and ended up getting 75 and sending 1 person to remove very poor as the poor man struggled as 2 /3 installed.

From enquiry about removal to agreeing a price everything went smoothly. Robert the engineer called beforehand came on time and worked very hard to remove a stubborn stairlift . Received my payment promptly thank you Robert and all at Stairlift warehouse.
