Very helpful person who advised me how to explain my situation which led to me getting Attendance Allowance which when I previously applied myself it was refused. The DWP received the application within a couple of days and I was granted it within two weeks.

From start to finish I found Kinly staff very friendly and thoroughly professional.

They telephoned me for about one hour going through the form and asking me questions. My answers were them transferred to the application form which has over 30 pages to complete.
They very quickly sent off my application and I was extremely surprised and delighted when I was approved
