Amazing service from Abdullah

The guy Abdullah was great understanding me the whole process . I like the services . Keep it up. Hope I will be in Umrah December or January.

Well spoken and very helpful

Abdullah communicated professionally though we had already made arrangements for Umrah.

Ubaid from Babul Haram Travels great customer service very helpful

Ubaid has an excellent communication style. He speaks clearly, listens carefully, and responds respectfully. His way of communicating is friendly, professional, and easy to understand. He is patient when explaining things and makes sure everyone feels heard. Ubaid also maintains a positive attitude during conversations, which helps create a comfortable and productive environment

It was a great experience with brother waqas i couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our 1st Umrah trip.
Brother waqas was very helpful to provide me the package for our umrah trip.
He checked multiple options for our stay in Makkah and Madina he provided us with the best services in both hotels we have stayed in hilton conventional in makkah and Saja Madina which was very closer and convenient for us.
Also the breakfast which was provided in hotels were great in Makkah i will rate that better than Madina
Although brother Noor who managed our transportation throughout the journey were very cooperative and on time
I highly recommend anyone who is traveling to have a transporter like him our drivers throughout the journey were very polite and cooperative
I highly recommend anyone to book your Umrah trip with brother waqas and get the great opportunity to visit the home of Allah
I also thanks to Bab Ul Haram Team for all the coordination that they have made for my booking i will definitely book with them again if Allah gives me a chance again to perform Umrah or Hajj inshAllah
JazakAllah
