She did very professionally.

Safar-e- Kaaba is good to provide a budget package, what i think l, most of the customers look for usually. For my personal reasons I couldn't book with them but I would highly recommend them for good customer service. Faisa was really helpful to tailor a package with hotels of my choice within the limited budget. She's good at customer service and really helpful. Definitely I would use their services whenever I would plan to go for Umrah in the near future InshaAllah.

Got visa from them and tickets for Pakistan, Recommended stuff is very polite.

My review is based on watsapp talk with Arshma, excellent service, tried level best to meet needs of travellers with disabilities they arranged for hotels near the haram and at a very low cost. I yet have not travelled with them due to family problems but hope to in the near future. The hotels were changed multiple times because of me yet safar e Kaaba made it happen within my budget. Duas for there business and plz do Dua I get to travel to the blessed cities.

*⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service by Ammar*

Alhamdulillah, We, family of four, had an amazing trip organized by Ammar. He managed everything for us: *Istanbul, Cairo, then Makkah and Madinah*.

From start to finish the service was excellent. All flights, hotels, transfers and ziyarah were perfectly arranged with no stress. What made it even better was that Ammar stayed in *constant communication while we were away*. That gave us so much extra comfort knowing someone was looking out for us.

If you want a smooth, well-managed Umrah + Turkey/Egypt trip, I *highly recommend Ammar*. JazakAllahu Khair!
May Allah reward him.

Faiza provided great customer service and was very helpful with any questions I had about booking Umrah for my family
