Safar E Kaaba UK Avis

MashaAllah , very good and positive staff, Shahzaib was excellent.

Very disappointing hotel. It claims to be 3–4 stars but feels like a 1-star. Prices are too high for such poor service. Staff are not responsive and do not answer calls. The location information is misleading, and they may increase the package price after booking. They also handled flight bookings poorly—everything was promised nicely at the start, but during departure they didn’t allow cabin baggage as expected, which was very frustrating. Overall, very poor service—I would not recommend agent ..

We had a good experience booking with a safar e kaaba, we dealt with Hassan Ghani who ensured that we were satisfied with our trip

I would like to share my experience with Safar e Kaaba Travel Agency that arranged our Umrah trip. Overall, my experience was very good. The agency provided excellent service from start to finish. Everything was well organized and on time, and we did not face any major problems during the journey.

I would especially like to appreciate Asad and aammar zahoor , who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He assisted us with documentation, tickets, hotel bookings, and complete guidance. Whenever we had any questions or needed help, Asad was always available and responded quickly.

Because of his support and professionalism, our Umrah journey became very easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I highly recommend Safar e Kaaba Travel Agency, especially aammar and Asad, to anyone planning Umrah or any travel.

Thank you for the excellent service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an outstanding experience with this Umrah service and couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and professionalism they provided. From the very beginning, they offered a truly valuable and well-organized package that exceeded my expectations in every way.
The hotel was perfectly located, very close to the gates of Makkah, which made it incredibly easy and comfortable for us to attend prayers and perform Umrah without any stress or long walks. This convenience alone made a huge difference to our overall experience.
What truly sets them apart is their exceptional guidance and support. They provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to perform Umrah properly, ensuring we felt confident and spiritually focused throughout. Everything was explained in such a simple and reassuring way.
The entire journey was smooth and hassle-free—from booking to arrival and throughout the Umrah itself. Their organization, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at every stage.
A special thank you to Shazaib, our agent, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication really stood out, and he was always ready to help with any queries.
A special mention as well to their constant availability on WhatsApp. No matter the time, they were always there to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide support. Their responsiveness and dedication gave us complete peace of mind and made us feel truly cared for.
This service is trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely committed to making your Umrah experience as comfortable and meaningful as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free, and spiritually fulfilling journey. May Allah reward them for their excellent service! Abubokkor

Excellent service, very helpful and brother Mahir was always available when I needed assistance. Everything was clear and straightforward. Will definitely book again with this agent. Very pleased.

I had to travel to Pakistan urgently and was really stressed about finding a last-minute ticket. I contacted Safar E Kaaba UK, and Shahzaib handled everything so quickly and professionally. He managed to find me an affordable ticket for the very next day, which was exactly what I needed.

Really impressed with the fast response, honesty, and effort. Highly recommended for anyone needing urgent travel arrangements!

Alhumdulillah..Safar e Kaaba made my dream come true.. Allah swt invited me and my family to his beautiful land. Safar e Kaaba made it all possible and took the stress away from us and booked our hotels flights to Ziarats and visas. Amaar bhai was amazing to deal with and was on hand to answer any questions. When flights were unfortunately cancelled for our way back route, He made sure he booked us onto another flight in urgency and not left us stranded. May Allah swt put barakah in your earnings . You do a wonderful job 👏

Had great experience with Safar e Kaaba team and performed ummrah peacefully. everything was as good as I was told and specially will give credit to Adnan bhai who was in touch with me throughout my trip to Saudia

Alhamdulillah, having now returned home from my Umrah, I can truly say my experience with Safar e Kaaba was exceptional from start to finish.
Everything was organised so smoothly and with such care that it allowed me to focus fully on my ibadah without any stress or worry.
A very special mention to Ammar—his support throughout was outstanding. Always available, patient, and genuinely caring, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly.

Assalamu Alaikum, I want to talk about the company that is involved in the umrah trip. I have recently returned from performing Umrah. The package I had for Umrah was a very good package. It included almost all the transport. The hotels were also very good hotels. There were good services and good management.specially i want to thanks shazaib
He is very kind and carring person all time he was in touch with me i will recomend to every body contact with shaziab he will give to you a better prices and better services

Safre kabah is very good company nice person specifically Adnan he serve us very well.

Great communication and information given

Booked the full UMRAH package ( flights, hotel & transport) for my parents. I was slightly concerned but Adnan was very supportive throughout the process.

Offered the best services available, was quick at responding & meeting the needs.

Great feedback from my parents too.

Definitely a well deserved 5* rating.

Highly recommended & we will definitely be using them again.

Wonderful experience with Safar e Kaaba. My father went on his own first time for a month. They provided a reasonable package as well as good support and communication through out his journey. Brother Shahzaib stayed in touch throughout to make sure my father was ok. So really appreciate it. So jazakallah khair and I really recommend them!

We had a very bad experience with Safar e Kaba. I won't recommend anyone to use this service. They book a taxi for us. We reached Madina around 0200. We called the number for taxi and no one was responding. We waited for half an hour but no one contacted us. Then we took a private taxi for hotel. When we contacted Safar e Kaba and complained about taxi and demanded for refund. They didn't refund anything. So if you are using them be careful.

Mahir helped us plan and organise our Umrah trip for me and my family. We stayed in Makkah and Madinah for 4 days. Everything was very well planned and Mahir helped us find suitable hotels within a good distance. Everything was brilliantly planned from flights, visas, transport and hotels. Mahir was also always available to help via WhatsApp and answered any questions we had. They truly planned the trip like Thier customers are like family memebrs. Alhamdulillah we had an incredible Umrah and will definitely be planning our next trip with them insha'Allah and recommend them to all our family and friends

May Allah bless the company and especially
I recently performed Umrah SAFAR E KAABA and overall, it was a well-organized and spiritually fulfilling experience.

Hassaan Ghani may Allah bless him. He’s amazing made the process SOO SMOOTH EASY 10/10!!!!! Everything we asked for he met and MATCH THE PRICES EVEN MIRE AFFORDABLE THEN OTHER COMPANY

From the initial booking process, the team was responsive and helpful. They clearly explained the visa process, travel requirements, and package details, which made preparation much less stressful. Their communication before departure was consistent, and they were available to answer questions promptly.

Accommodation in Mecca was conveniently located near Masjid al-Haram, making it easy to attend prayers and perform Umrah rituals without difficulty. Similarly, the hotel in Medina was close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which allowed us to maximize our time in worship. The hotels were clean, comfortable, and met the standards promised in the package.

Transportation arrangements between cities were smooth and punctual. Group leaders were supportive and guided us step-by-step through the rituals, which was especially helpful for first-time pilgrims. Their knowledge and patience made the journey spiritually enriching and well-structured.

THANK YOU HASSAAN GHANI!! 10/10

Every last detail was to perfection.
Booking process was easy, payment was easy, price was reasonable.. Thank you once again.
Highly recommended.

Asad, you gave me good service.
