My screen broke so I emailed customer service. Within 48 hours (over a weekend too) I have a new monitor on the way. Polite and helpful email response and my problem solved! I'd definitely use them again.

Ordered 2 cameras and one monitor. Delivery and billing address was Ireland. They sent American plugs.
Now we have to buy adapters to use this

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Placed an order and money was immediately taken- £90.99
Never received my order and despite sending numerous emails and logging 4 separate tickets via the ridiculous form they guide you too, I received no response. Figuring out how to get my money back from this business but it’s very difficult - no one to contact. Can’t believe this has happened.

Monitor has broken after a year . I purchased warranty and have tried to contact customer service with a generic response I purchased a BabySense baby monitor along with an additional warranty, expecting peace of mind in case anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the monitor broke, and when I tried to claim the warranty, BabySense completely ignored me. I've reached out multiple times, but they have not acknowledged my inquiries or provided any response. It's been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear they have no interest in standing behind their products or honoring warranty that was paid for . Do yourself a favor and avoid BabySense at all costs. I deeply regret purchasing from them and will never buy from this company again.

Product never arrived, ordered from website. Was shipped with Amazon Shipping, so neither parties take responsibility. Babysense Support is a generic AI scam - no real humans, just AI and automation until you give up. As a young parent: DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM !!!

Bought the monitor and camera for my son's baby in march the screen has packed up, I contacted them it was a lot of generic messages try this and that sent them a video and they are sending a new one.

After reading two bad reviews i had a completely different experience with the company. Upon receiving the baby monitor i misread the product details and ended up having to return the item. I found the customer service super responsive to emails !
Would purchase from this company again.

Monitor was great and I loved having two camera and being able to view both at once...however in under a year it's broken. I emailed support to report the fault 10 days ago and I haven't had a response. Very disappointing, I expected better quality and for support in fixing it since it's less than 1 year old

Contacted them to arrange return of an item. A few days later I received an address to return to.. a random post office collection with the name Savjit (which I thought was strange) Posted the item back to them 3 weeks ago and are not acknowledging the return after constant chasing. I’m now being ignored and left robbed of £150. They are not a professional company at all and believe all their advertising of selling millions of units to be a load of rubbish. All a front for a poorly ran overseas scam ring.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I had shopped arpund trying to find the best quality device especially as a fir a t time mom leaving my son to sleep without a good.monitor was an absolute no. Then i found HD S2 and the quality is incredible the detail you can seem compared to other monitor is amazing, with built in sound, light, split screen and a mic to talk to my little one is just amazing well worth the money. I did have a ln issues with a black spot on my monitor, got in touch with customer service they sent a new parent unit out within a few days with no issues. Super happy with Amie's customer service, very swift dealing with my issue.

Antenna snapped off and I’ve tried to log a ticket for 6 weeks and every day they send me the same type form to fill in to start a new ticket! SO FED UP

Their customer service was excellent. They use Amazon logistics, who failed to deliver on the first occasion; Not babysense's fault. I contacted their customer services via their web form. With no quibbling, they immediately offered to try again with an expedited delivery. This arrived as expected the next day. Can't fault them, excellent customer service an product.

"We really like this monitor. The image is of high quality, and the night vision works well. We like that it doesn't need a WiFi connection, and the signal is fine across our home from the lounge to the bedroom in an older house with high ceilings. You can even play white noise from the camera which is a nice feature."
