What a scam! Not to trust! They still haven’t refunded my money for the order that was cancelled 3 weeks ago.

I’ve ordered from Babystore a couple of times now and always had a good experience. They have a really nice selection of baby products, and everything I’ve bought has been great quality. My orders arrived quickly and were well packaged. Customer service was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. Overall, super happy and will definitely shop here again!

They are not refunding anything....
6 weeks have passed and I have not got my money back.

I am calling them 5 times a day and sometimes they calling back and just giving empty promises. It is almost 150 EURO.
THEY RUINED MY SON'S birthday cause we need to order something else and was not here in time. I needed to contact uropean Consumer Centres Network. And I have promised to myself, that I will do a review every day at every avaible place.

I placed an order with this store, paid in full, and later received a message saying the product was out of stock. I requested a refund immediately, but to this day I haven’t received my money back. I’ve contacted them several times and received empty promises, but no actual resolution.

It’s been weeks now, and I’m running out of patience. I am seriously considering contacting consumer protection authorities, as this situation is completely unacceptable. This kind of treatment is both unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

Avoid this store unless you’re willing to risk your time, money, and nerves.

Got refunded this morning.

I do not recommend buying anything here. I bought a helmet for my son, received it without straps, returned it on March 27th and still haven't received a refund. They don't answer the phone, neither info nor Marija Rutkovska respond to emails.

I purchased an item that should have been in stock, but was informed that it’s out of stock after two days. I asked for a refund and now it’s more than a month passed and my money still not returned. I waited two weeks to contact them second time, as I was waiting for 14 days mark for my refund to arrive.
They keep offering me coupon codes whick I do not accept as I needed only one specific item from them
Had to fill out official claim with EU authorities and I’m determined to get my money back, I saw a lot of reviews with sinikar situations and will not leave my 30€ with this shady company!!

I ordered a product from this store and paid for it in full, only to be told later that they don’t actually have the item in stock. After reaching out and requesting a refund, I was assured that the money would be refunded within 14 days. It has now been well beyond the promised deadline, and I still haven’t received my refund.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am highly disappointed with the customer service. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone. Very poor experience overall.
UPDATE: After the review was posted, the money was refunded this morning.

I ordered an item that they apparently didn't have. Then I asked for a refund. I had to explain for a long time why I didn't want the other item they offered, but I wanted my money back. Finally, the 14-day refund deadline passed, and I still haven't received the money. They write every day that they will transfer it today or tomorrow, but I still don't receive anything. Scammers. Don't buy anything from them, because they take your money and don't return it.

Update. On March 25, the money was refunded after an official appeal to the European Consumer Center. The authorities helped.

Ordered gift, have not received any i formation for a week, after emailing them received an answer that they don't have it in the stock. Asked for a refund and still waiting. Made order on the 9th of February and today is 26th of February already.

Remarkably bad service, scammers. Ordered an item, later on got informed that they don't have it, got offered other items which were twice the price. Asked for a refund, it's been two weeks since and I haven't received my money still. Do not buy anything there.

Be aware, they sell products even when they are not available and do not refund canceled orders.

Don't order from this site. I got 4 items out of 9 because i didnt want replacements. So now 2 weeks have passed and I can't get a hold of anybody in the company. So i guess i will not get money back from them. Such a disappointment. Don't order from them!

One of the worst services I have ever used. I ordered a baby walker, the order got confirmed, later on they contacted me saying the item was sold out and they asked me for my budget 😂!! Like my budget is the price I paid for that damn item that you advertised being available!!! Later on they told me the items they have are more expensive than what I paid!! I’m surprised they are still in business with such a service!! I asked them to refund the order, they said it takes 14 working days for that, it’s a joke a f**king joke!!! Avoid at all costs!

Kāds ieberziens! Dzīvē nekad vairs neko nepasūtīšu no šīs kompānijas un silti iesaku arī jums to nedarīt. Nedotu nevienu ⭐! Nozīmīgu priekšmetu, ko steidzami vajadzēja priekš mazā, ciemojoties Latvijā (kas tika laikus jau pasūtīts 22.08. pirms mūsu ierašanās)(šodien ir 04.09) joprojām tā arī neesmu saņēmusi. Komunikācija ir nožēlojama, kompānija nav sazvanāma. Kad puse brīvdienu jau aizvadīta bez tik vajadzīgās lietas, tagad viņi piedāvā citus dizainus, uz kuriem tad atkal būtu jâgaida pāris dienas un neesmu šajos dizainos ieinteresēta (kaut gan pirkšanas brīdī rādīja, ka prece bija noliktavā)
Skaidra lieta, ka atteicu! Negribu vairs ne sekundi ielaisties ar šo kompāniju un tagad uz naudas atgriešanu būšot jāgaida līdz pat 14 dienām un tad vēl nav garantija...Vienvārdsakot - neuzticiet savu un sava mazuļa labklājību šai kompānijai! Vilšanās, nekas vairāk

I have ordered 5 items. I received a package but non of the items where those that I have ordered. They had the same function, but different from what I have ordered. For example I have ordered two identical car seat covers, but received two different ones. I have called them and explanation was that they did not have those in stock any more so sent what they had. We agreed that I will return what I received, but already a month has passed after I have sent back things I received but I did not receive my money back yet.

Made an order in March. Sending to EU is pretty expensive. Independently from the amount you buy it is around 19 euro. When ordered all seemed to be in stock than appeared that half of order was not. Anyways, I ordered and paid by bank transfer. Wish I would not do that. Not everything arrived. 5 things were missing. Immediately tried to contact client support. Just forget about their chat. Days of trying no result, useless. Tried mail. Got an answer that they will check it out. After the shop said they will reimburse the items that were not delivered they did not count 5 but 4. Okay. With that we also somewhat solved that. But than it has been almost a month that I am writing mails and the answer is that they will inform their accountants and check it out why the money is still not bein reimbursed ( miney had to by back by mid April). Really bad experience. Site seemed to be good and seemed to be big shop. But if I would not immediately check what they delivered that would be totally my loss. And now I have to fight for getting my money back for the things that were missing. Remarkably bad service. Can only advise to avoid it.
