After purchasing their lumbar support…
After purchasing their lumbar support back brace to allievate discomfort due to me suffering from lower back pain, I had a further question for them with regards to the product. They couldn't of been more supportive, helpful and knowledgeable, they even advised me that I could use more of their products but I did not feel at anytime that they were giving me the hard sell. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

This item fails to do what is intended…
This item fails to do what is intended ……. the harness does not coax the shoulders / spine into alignment.
The Harness as it stands is 300% too expensive considering the lack of quality of manufacture. No doubt this is a Chinese product that should not be on the market.

It’s early days cos my condition is…
It’s early days cos my condition is quite serious and painful. I’ve used the back stretch twice a day for 5 mins. I THINK it is helping. I’m just taking it slow. I have a bilateral procedure followed by physio in March. Come back to me in a few weeks and I’ll know better.

It doesn’t really pull your shoulders back. More you can feel that you’re wearing something and it reminds you to keep your posture correct.

Very quick service very professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the back brace, I have pins in my hip and two hip replacements therefore the back brace is uncomfortable on my hips. Very easy to return and extremely helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
