Had an issue with regard to a replacement of a faulty item that was immediately resolved;ved without any quibbling. Great customer service.

My back pain which I am having nerve…

My back pain which I am having nerve block injection for has not worked over two years. I bought the "Back" machine and after two weeks I am pain free. I spoke to my Specialist and he said use it for six months. He also said use it on my neck where I am having nerve block injection too. By the way over two years I have spent £6,300 on nerve block injection.

Mouse pad for posture stand - adjustable laptop stand

Had an issue with mouse pad, phoned company and Mark was extremely helpful and received new mouse pad in three days. Thanks for your help and highly recommend!

Standard products at an inflated price

Products are fairly standard and pricey for what they are. I understand why companies buy from China, but having all the instructions in Chinese (which was the case with one of the products) is really poor. Equally good products on Amazon at a cheaper price. Also, I’m really surprised that the only delivery option is Royal Mail. I would assume that at least some of those ordering are in desperate need. Next day DPD delivery is essential.

Hi Mark, we are sorry you're not 100% happy with your experience with us. All our instructions are intended to be in English, our sincere apologies for this error, and we will make sure to double-check future orders for correct instructions received. As for the delivery, royal mail deliver our products tracked generally within 2 days, the vast majority of our customers believe this is more than good enough service and we do too! We also do have DPD deliver some of our larger items. Over Christmas like many businesses we did have some minor delays, but we have done our best to minimise any delays for our customers. Thanks again for trying our products and hopefully we can service you in the future.

Good quality product post lung…

Good quality product post lung transplant really helping with correct posture whilst sitting a lot easing thoracic rib area pain and also helping with a left rotator cuff injury wish I had got one years ago.

I purchased this item for my wife who…

I purchased this item for my wife who seems to be getting used to wearing it. Slightly large for a small to medium fit. Postal delivery was three days later than tracking advised.

Replacement pads for my well used tens…

Replacement pads for my well used tens machine. It certainly does help with lower back pain as well as discomfort on my joints. New pads came quickly and in excellent condition.

Hi, we have now cancelled your order and provided you with a full refund. Unfortunately Royal Mail International could not provide us with a delivery update of your parcel to Spain. Throughout the process we have been in regular contact with you to provide updates on this and provided the tracking reference information. However unfortunately due to the current Royal Mail industrial action it has affected some parcel delivers which have been outside our control. We take customer service seriously and I apologise on this occasion with not being able to supply you with the product you wanted. Mark

Hi Roma, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. My understanding is that you contacted customer service yesterday requesting to return the item for a refund. We have responded back to you the following day (today) with guidelines on how to action this. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee so its not a problem. Please note we do normally respond to all customer service enquiries on the same day, however on this occasion because its the run up to Christmas and is an exceptionally busy period for us, we will endeavour to try even harder in future.

Packaging

Ordered replacement pads for EMS. Arrived in an oversized box with the pads folded in half at the very bottom of the box under the packaging material. Not very good treatment of the product I have paid for. Informed customer services who blamed the packing company they use. No offer to replace the pads or even ask if they are damaged.

Hi Jackie I understand when you made contact with our Customer Service team you did not mention your pads where damaged. If there was any damage, we would immediately have replaced them. In regards to the box being oversized /packaged. We have have now received feedback from our third party fulfilment centre and the reason your pads were packed in a carton rather than a small envelop is because of the current Royal Mail strike action. We have been informed that packages are being prioritised by Royal Mail over letters / envelopes. So I think it was with best intentions to ensure your order was actually delivered was the reason for the larger than required carton was used.

I had bought a similar product before…

I had bought a similar product before and was very disappointed. I spoke to an advisor at BackPainHelp and they expalined the posture corrector and so I purchased one and it fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear. I is really helping me to regain a good posture.
