Fast reliable service with good quality the first order received from them it was exact size of delivery box unfortunately the second pack was small order delivery cartoon was large also they put extra papers just close this gap they could send the same size order for think climate

Great product but poor delivery…
The product is great as always and the service was also very good.
Delivery was not good. DPD sent a message with a time slot then a few minutes later sent a message saying 'sorry that our driver missed you'. At that time I was stood at the front window and no one had tried to deliver at all. Very frustrating as that meant that I was without the foil over a weekend when it was required. Had to purchase from local shop! Not happy!

Excellent product just spoilt a little by weird manufacturing decisions
The product is fine. It would have been nice though if they still made the 60 metre container as once this one's empty, we can only buy the 60 metre rolls and it takes up an awful lot more cupboard room.
