Like others here I was scammed by this company. "Fortunately" I only lost the deposit, which even the HSBC credit card refused to dispute.

Did not get the service I paid for
I got a quote for 7-15 day air freight from Ireland to the U.S. I got my stuff 147 days later. 147 days of waiting for all of our belongings for our international move. Customer service was useless and never processed a refund they promised they would for the premium I paid for air freight over ship cargo freight. Go with a reputable delivery company. I really regret going with the cheap option.
No after sales and use of 80+ workforce in emerging markets

I'll give you 2 reasons I experienced to why you should never use this company. It's a cheap one, so it's attractive in the first place, I has been myself trapped into it... Why it's cheap? No after sale (they forced me to pay full price for quote with promise they would pay back if I have less items to send, which I did, but I am now writing every week to them no one is answering anymore). Also cheap because they sent me a 80+ year old man to pick up my stuff. Needless to say the man was understandably useless at 8pm after 10 hour day and I out of pity for his situation I ended up loading everything myself. Baggage hub was relatively cheap, there is a reason, you get what you pay for...
Shipping 7 boxes of personal items from…
Shipping 7 boxes of personal items from Hampshire to Spain. This seems to be a broker and they seem to subcontract to delivery firms. Some of the boxes contained glassware and porcelain. I was warned they could not guarantee these items would arrive unbroken but I used nearly 120 meters of bubble wrap and the boxes were clearly marked fragile. Boxes picked up by DPD in Hampshire. Went to storage at Heathrow and eventually delivered to Spain by DHL Express. A lot of breakages and one of the Fragile boxes had clearly had something heavy placed upon it as it was crushed on top. This is not a complaint about financial loss. The items were of sentimental value and had little commercial value. Complaint to Baggage Hub went unanswered.

I needed a quick and easy way to ship 7 boxes of personal items home to the USA from the UK, and BaggageHub was fantastic! It was super simple, not too expensive (honestly I thought it would be more pricey), and it made the process SO much less stressful. I am so pleased. And my boxes arrived safe and sound in the USA REALLY fast and intact! Thank you!

This is a warning post for who ever is looking for reviews and is considering this company for their move: DO NOT if you care for you and your family's SANITY. We sent out boxes on August 23rd from Sweden. On August 31st they called and said they have arrived to their WH is UK and they are looking for a flight. From there for 5 weeks it was a delay because they had a technical issue with our account. After us calling several time(paying international fees) they cleared the technical issue. Then end of September they sent a form to fill in with customs in Canada. We told them it is not needed for us as we are not residents and here temporarily. They insisted, so my husband did a 1 hour drive to airport, just for the customs agent to get surprised that how a moving company doesn't know this BASIC knowledge. They kindly gave us their contact number to provide to the moving company. so we did and make several calls and emails. On October 4th they sent an email that they are looking for booking a flight. On 6th they are asking again for work permit and customs form. They are not sending our boxes and not refunding the money. We dont need half of the things anymore. My 4 mo old is 6mo now and we had to buy new cloths for her. My son cried so much for his toys and we had to buy brand new toys for him. And we are NOT A SPECIAL CASE. I have found 2 other customers with the same issue in one day. Bottom line: #baggage-hub THE WORST COMpany your can choose to handle your staff.
Never seen a worst shipping company than that
I moved to Spain and wanted some of my belongings to be shipped after I've arrived so my sister agreed to wait for the driver to come pick them up at my deceased dad's house.
A first pick-up date was booked in September, I had paid the whole amount for the shipping upfront: £440 for 9 small boxes which isn't cheap. I hadn't chosen the cheapest company to make sure the boxes arrive.
On the 7th of September, my sister waited all day, the driver never showed up and the customer service was incapable of following up on this to tell me what was happening (I sent 3 emails and called 3 times, every time someone said thay would get back to me, it never happened).
I received an apologetic email telling me they'd had logistic issues (no kidding!!) and that they could schedule a new pick up date for the 10th of September which I agreed to.
On the 10th of September, my sister once again waited all day, the driver once again never showed up and the customer service was equally incapable of following up on this nor tell me what was happening.
I asked for a full refund which I'm still waiting for today.
An expensive catalogue of inefficiency
A catalogue of inefficiency, ineptitude and fleecing from start to finish on a move from England to France.
- Packing kit only contained half the boxes I ordered and no packing material as promised.
- I received a quote and invoice which I promptly paid. I then added a few more items, increasing the volume and weight by no more than 25%. They increased the invoice by 120%. I would have cancelled everything, but by that time they had the money I had paid for the first invoice.
- The ‘client service coordinator’ was a joke. This was supposedly someone specially assigned. I had questions and all she could do was quote from their site the information that I had already seen. It was like talking to a machine.
- Their tracking app doesn’t work and the tracking page on the portal is always out of date.
- The goods finally arrived at their destination without any warning and AT NIGHT at my mother’s, who is 90 and lives on her own, and was a little shocked at people knocking at her door claiming they were the removals company. (I should say however that the drivers were the only decent people in the whole sorry process.)
Looking at other reviews, I think I was lucky, relatively speaking- at least my good arrived. Stay well clear if you value your sanity (and your bank balance).
Do not recommend this service
I was hoping the reviews on this website were skewed, but they are definitely not.
Long story short, I can summarize my experience with the company as follows:
-Severly delayed
-Really poor communication (ignored by move manager for weeks)
-Broken promises ("I promise to have XYZ for you within 24 hours" - then ignored)
-No transparency, extremely difficult to know if your things have been shipped or not
All in all, if I could do this all over again, I would definitely not use this service again.
PS. The only reason I am giving this company 2 stars and not 1 is due to the friendly staff dropping off and picking up my boxes and Christopher in customer services who did a great job finally helping me after weeks of being ignored.

We were contacted by a girl called Victoria Foster, who promissed us they will deliver our items no later than 15 days from Stockholm to Vancouver. We chose them only as we wanted to have our son's toys here as soon as possible to help him adapt to the new country. They gave promiss of fast delivery.
3 weeks ago another agent named Edmylaine Chell Villanueva called us and said they are shipping our boxes in a few days and asked to pay a bit more. Then radio silent. After a week and emails from us, she said they have a technical issue and she cant conclude invoice and send boxes. In their website it shows that we have paid 500 euros extra. For two weeks we sent emails and she ignores us. I call and everytime they say Ed is on phone and calls back, which ahe does not. My son asks for his toys everyday.
They ripp you off.
I am looking into taking legal action, anyone with ongoing issues with them contact me.

We got our 56 boxes of luggage moved from London to Rome delivered. They were handled with enough care and very little arrived broken.
It took 8 weeks which is kind of acceptable with all of that brexit mess at the border and the pandemic.
I give them only 3 stars because the communication with them could be very frustrating and confusing. They have no problem to give you false promises if not openly lying. To put this in prospective they assured us that will get our staff 'next week' and this was after few days from the pick up, you can imagine our state of mind after weeks of nothing happening, we were starting thinking our luggage was actually lost and they were trying to cover it...
It's sad because sometimes I had the impression the my move manager was a victim herself of the events . The reason that drives you mad is that they don't handle the moving themselves but some sub-contractors which they have little control over and this will leads to confusion.

My experience is been just terrible, from the beginning when they had to collect my boxes and luggage and still going as I haven't received my items yet. All I hear are excuses ,never a straight honest answer. I was suppose to be receiving my boxes by the end of September, maximum, but instead ,my boxes are not even loaded yet. Two weeks ago I had a confirmation from Joan that last week my boxes were going to be on the way to Dubai ,but after trying to contact Baggage Hub via call ,e-mail for days , and only after insisting to get a paper confirmation, today I was told by Joan that the vessel was cancelled last week and the new date is the 5th of october. I don't believe a word that anybody from Baggage Hub says ,including the sales team( very friendly to make a sale and willing to lie to get you as a customer). I am working now on canceling my shipment, wich seems to be a mission impossible as well . I was informed that I wouldn't get my money back. The service offered by Baggage Hub is just completely unacceptable .
Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Would never recommend this company to anybody no matter the circumstance.
I arranged shipment from NY to Dublin, Ireland - as I had returned home to have baby - after multiple dates set for collection and countless no shows, I was ultimately told the reason nothing had been collected as my belongings were not on the Ground Floor and this would incur additional charges. I had confirmed to people by email, and on the phone, that my items were to be collected from Lv5 and this was never flagged as an issue. I also verified that nobody had come to the building for collection. In desperation, I agreed I would pay above the original quote for collection, and at this point they went cold. After eventually being able to get in touch with them they agreed to a refund as they could not provide the service.... this was 5months ago. After multiple emails and calls they are totally ignoring me. Hundreds of dollars down the drain, and untold stress having to deal with it with a new baby, move overseas, and starting a new job. DO NOT USE.

Baggage Hub were brilliant! I did a lot of research before I selected Baggage Hub to move from France to Sydney, Australia. Victoria helped and explained all the steps from packing to inventories. Pick up and delivery was easy and professional. Baggage Hub are reliable and trustworthy and well priced. Shocking service
Shocking service. Paid for shipment of boxes from the UK - Spain expected the boxes to arrive within two weeks… 5 weeks on still no further on. We have encountered numerous problems from price increases from what we quoted/paid for, awful customer service we ring them everyday multiple times for updates we get told the same response every time ‘X is in a meeting or we’ll get someone to call you back in 15 minutes’ no one ever calls us back. We have asked for a full refund and have been told multiple times that they cannot refund us. Very upsetting, mainly as it contains much of my daughters toys/clothes/photos, we have since had to start buying the things (equipment such as highchair, stair gates over here as we are no closer to getting our items). Wish we could turn back time and avoid this company like the plague!!!
Keep away from this company
I contracted Baggagehub in May/ April to move 2 chairs from paris to new York ) On 2 occasions they failed to turn up to collect the goods and no reason given despite emailing my friend in paris advising of collection no call from transport company to say not arriving was ever made so a loss of people's time and money . I had on both those occasions help on hand to load the chairs which were now crated for transport. At this point I knew something all wrong with this company and should have stopped the work. The 3rd time transport arrived the driver reversed into the crate causing a hole in the side of it. When we protested to the driver he made it very clear if the crate not picked up that day he has no idea when he will be able to return. I advised baggagehub immediately of the damage with pictures as proof of the damage they advised they will check the crate on arrival into their warehouse facility.
The saga gets worse as every time i contacted them over the last few months about shipping date i was told that they were waiting on their co-loader to advise of loading and shipping. At one point they advised me that shipping was immediate and that I need pay 120 pounds within 48 hours for new crate as the one that i supplied was not sea worthy and I would miss sailing. When I pointed out it was their driver that done the damage in Paris I was informed they will check this out!!! I was asked again to supply proof of the damage with pictures of crate before and after loading onto their transport I need not add that never heard another word about the cost. It must be borne in mind that the crate was sitting in their facility for months as this point and suddenly it was not sea worthy. This is a facility which they refuse to give address for as I asked on numerous times where is my goods and I wanted to see them
It is September now and goods still not shipped the same answer every time I contact them waiting on information from co-loader/ shipper. They have a co- ordinator who to give her credit tries her best to cover- up the mis-truths and stories she is being fed by this shambles of a company.
I am a retired person and my mental health has suffered immensely from the dealing with this company I can't at times sleep at night with the horrendous attitude of baggagehub plus the fact it is all stories you get from them. I have pleaded with them to give me the details of the co-loader/ shipper so I can contact them directly and see where the issue is . They will not give out these details under any circumstances which points to baggagehub being the issue.
Bearing in mind it is only 2 chairs in a crate that is being shipped by me god help any body moving home with this company as you will suffer mental and stress issues like you have never experienced. As I have pointed out my goods still not shipped and sitting in their top secret facility.
I have to give a star to make the review when in effect they deserve nothing and should be investigated by the relevant authorities on code of business in relation suitability for to deem themselves as a shipper of people personal possessions .
Be Aware of this company as extremly unprofessional and for 100% certain have no control over the process of moving your prized possessions.

Aside from minor communication issues, the overall experience was very good. They arrived for pick up on time and the arrival was within a couple of days after scheduled.
Bad services from Baggage Hub
Baggege Hub never keep their promisses to deliver boxes as planned. You only make our life miserable by sending emails asking and checking. Feedback is very slow.
The only issue with Baggage Hub is that you have a person handling it who is not honest at all. Her name is Joan Faye. You should check your own personal staff first before saying that our reviews are not correct.
Please find below summary (full of inconsistent and wrong information from your company - BaggageHub):
• 2/8/2021 – Boxes were not picked up on the date as planned
• 3/8/2021 – After we asked for a deposit to be refunded, you quickly arranged of the pick-up. You also confirmed that the final payment can be paid upon receiving boxes in Belgium.
• From 3/8/2021 until 11/8/2021, no arrangement from your end and we have been sending lots of emails asking for the status. Your emails only “WILL CHECK AND UPDATE THE STATUS”. At the end, NO REPLY and QUIET!
• Invoice ONLY received on 25/8/2021 (after more than 3 weeks and lots of emails from our side), but with the wrong weight and information. We asked for the correct weight and information in the invoice – NO REPLY and you never answered our questions. THE ONLY EMAIL FROM YOUR END, PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT.
• If the information in the invoice is not updated how to make the payment?
• 25/8/2021 – we have no confidence anymore and asked for REFUND, 100 GBP. Directly on the same day, you said our boxes are in Singapore and ready for despatch. Again asking for final payment.
• YOU ARE ONLY ASKING PAYMENT FROM US, EVEN THE INVOICE IS STILL HAVING WRONG INFORMATION AND AMOUNT.
• 26/8/2021 – We asked for tracking number for our boxes in Singapore (as we did not believe your words anymore), and directly you mentioned that our boxes are still in Malaysia instead of Singapore!
We asked the location of our boxes many many times, but you refused to provide it to us as you are afraid that we would pick up our boxes back in Malaysia!
• How could you create all fake information to customer? We read all reviews in your website and we connected to all those people who have the same issues with baggage Hub. They told us that Baggage Hub also gave them wrong information and lied to them as well. There are customers not even received their boxes at all (more than 1 year)!!
• 27/8/2021 – You promised to provide information/update on 27/8/2021, BUT AS USUAL NO FEEDBACK AT ALL!
• 30/8/2021 we had a call with Joan Faye Ramono, promised that we would get our boxes back at our address in Malaysia (pickup address). But we didn’t get any confirmation and still we didn’t get the boxes.
Finally after more than 1 month and all issues created by Baggage Hub, we received back our boxes in Malaysia (WE CANCELLED OUR ARRANGEMENT TO BELGIUM). At the end, our deposit was not refunded!
The conclusion is do not have any businesses with BaggageHub as you will never recieved your boxes as planned, especially for customers from Asia countries.

Avoid at all costs
I was looking for a removal company for my move from Edinburgh to London (within the UK!!) and their sales team phoned me after I was initially quoted for £525, and told me that they can give me a discounted price because their courier is taking a similar route. Obviously, the discount seemed appealing because the typical quotes from different removal companies seemed too hefty (lesson learned; pay premium). Anyhow, everything seemed fine at the start and was told I should receive my parcels in 3 business days in my new location. Long story short, it’s been 3 weeks since I sent my boxes with them, and every time I chase them, they tell me that the situation is under investigation. I went from having sent 8 parcels, to hearing that they only have 5, to then 3, and now apparently 1 that is supposed to arrive next business day—pathetic! There is definitely a high level of negligence, incompetence and lack of coordination on their end. Their team is slow to respond to emails, and only complies when you chase after them. Joke service.

There was only 2 minor issues in my experience,
1. Misunderstanding about required document for customs clearance and whoes responsible for providing
them
2. there was delay in the delivery of the shipment which was caused by the 3rd party companies not BH directly.
I can not finish this review without appreciating Elaine Capada efforts. She was No 1 throughout the entire process

Kept having to call, and call, and call them again to try and get ahold of my boxes which have been booked to get delivered a week ago, promised that I'll get calls back sorting the issue out - although they won't even tell me what the issue is in the first place. All the workers I need to deal with are somehow always in "meetings" and "important phone calls" and it takes me hours of me calling every ten minutes to get ahold of them, for them to tell me they'll contact some people and call me back, and then they never do. I still don't have my things and I'm having to travel soon so now I won't even be *able* to get my boxes.
This service is a joke.
