Like others here I was scammed by this company. "Fortunately" I only lost the deposit, which even the HSBC credit card refused to dispute.

I had an excellent experience overall. a bit of rough start but all went well. I had my delivery well before target date, which I did not expect. All arrived in excellent condition. Support staff did excellent job informing me on the steps tk take along the way. Other companies were charging a lot more than I paid here. I highly recommend.
Didn't show up twice, piano broken, not paid back even though insured
Literally my worst experience with any company ever. I've never written a review but want to discourage people from using this company. First they didn't show up the entire day that they said they would, and I waited the whole day. Then they said they would come 2 days later, I had to reschedule my flight but they didn't care about that. Then 2 days later they did show up. I put my stuff downstairs because the conditions said that if you wouldn't they might charge you extra, but I didn't put my piano there because of its worth. So they took all the stuff without even notifying me they were there, didn't take the piano. I thought my stuff was stolen for a while until I finally got a hold of Baggagehub after calling 100 times and finally getting through by calling the special number for people that don't have a booking yet :) Then they picked up the piano 3 days later again, had to reschedule flight again. Then they asked me to pay extra for packing my stuff in a different box, and when it finally arrived my piano was broken. I had paid extra for insurance but didn't read the conditions and apparently you had to report within 7 days to get something back so now I also don't get anything back. Worst company with worst customer service ever. Paying a bit more for any other company would be very worth it in the end.

It's absolutely 100% untrue that I "added the piano on the day of collection". The sole and only reason I booked a shipping company was that piano. The piano has always been on the collection details and I can very easily prove that given that you and I both have these documents. So what you're claiming is plain false. Furthermore the salesperson on the phone never told me I should not book a flight after and they knew this.
Additionally it's ridiculous for you to comment on whether or not I have inspected the piano upon arrival. First of all, it was delivered to my mother's house and I was not in the Netherlands at the time so opened the box later to find it was broken. Second of all, I had other things to do (like moving to the US), then ONCE AGAIN dealing with the terrible clusterf*ck of a delivery of my items.
Another thing that is plain false is that I opted out of the wooden box. The wooden box is in my mother's basement as I did opt for it. If a company urges me to take the extra option because my piano will otherwise break down I take that option. It was insured + in a wooden box. Again, I can prove this through the wooden box pictures + the invoices that I paid for it. Indeed it's my own responsibility to read the terms and conditions, that's why I mentioned I didn't read them in the original review. This is just a review/comment on the absolutely ridiculous terms and conditions and maybe someone else who takes this insurance can read it and make sure to report damage in time.
Hilarious that you say it's sad that I'm not 'fully satisfied'. Gross understatement.

It’s plain sad. They’re responsive until you put your credit card. I should’ve known better to cancel at the time of pickup. Guy came to pickup he had the wrong order. I gave him my items and the nightmare started. Got 3 out of 7 items delivered one day, just left outside my apt with no notice. I keep calling the, and they have no clue of what is going on. 2 days later, a package is left outside my apt but it is not one of mine. It was from baggage hub but it even was delivered in the wrong country. I keep calling and complaining...they say they’re working on it. One day I go for a run and find 3 of my missing boxes simply outside of another house in the neighborhood... I asked the people there and say they’ve been sitting there for some days and they didn’t know who to call. I get an email from fedex requesting to confirm I receive all my items while I’ve kept asking baggagehub to help me find my items and pickup the wrongly delivered item.... baggagehub says they’re “working on it”... few days later they reply saying search was “negative”. They didn’t even care about the wrongly delivered item. So now I lost all my suits and coats but got left with some random car parts. I am still waiting for them to make a compensation claim but they suddenly stopped answering again after the”negative” search. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider them. It is not worth it. Experience is so bad that you feel dumber for choosing them than if you would’ve been simply scammed.

Don't use! Refusing to deliver or tell me where my boxes are
💥 Don't use this company under any circumstances.
After choosing them because they promised door-to-door shipping, my stuff has now arrived from the UAE to Istanbul and they are not only refusing to deliver it as they say they don't do that here (despite it clearly saying it on my original order), they say they don't actually know where the boxes are for me to even collect them.
I don't speak enough Turkish to sort this out from this end, it's turned into a nightmare and every day the boxes are in storage I will be charge a fee, despite Baggage Hub not being able to say where to go to get them. What was supposed to be a treat to myself to take the stress of moving has turned into a horrible nightmare where I have actually lost all my belongings.

Let me explain what happened with this company. First they collected boxes then no news few weeks, wrote many mails no replY, after few weeks an other agent contacted to pick up boxes that are already collected, then they asked full payment. I did payment +insurance, but they claim payment not done, because invoice is till open and they are asking again payment, meanwhile 6-7 weeks past and no clue where is the shipment an d no solution, simply they are useless, loss of time, energy and really loss of money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I don’t have any bad experiences with baggage hub. They are professional to deal with from the start that they deliver the empty box up to completely drop the package. It is not that cheap but i think its worth it because it is your personal things.

Only logged on to see what sort of reviews were around as we had a very bad and costly experience of using this company and despite numerous e-mails etc got absolutely nowhere .Cost me an additional £900 to get my boxes which were being transported (supposedly door to door )from UK to Turkey.In the end I had to arrange collection myself from Turkish Airport to my home and pay for it.Interesting to see their usual stock replies about sorry this happened etc its just crap.
Worst company and customer service we have ever experienced. They avoid contact and correspondence and any responsibility.Just rip off merchants .How their business survives is beyond me.
rocky start, but finished strong
my overall experience was very positive, despite numerous difficulties as a result of Covid i.e: calls not going through(a symptom of VoIP via unstable internet) and flight delays I got all my boxes home safe and no breakages. I'll admit I only read the reviews after my goods were picked up and I panicked a little( and even more so when my calls kept getting dropped) but Jonathan in customer support reassured me and answered any emails I sent him, he also kept me up to date with the flight situation as there were no flights to my destination. The entire process took 30 days as opposed to the advertised 7 - 10 days but that can be expected in our current global situation.

I would NOT recommend using them, they seem professional at the start and they completely drop the call along the way. The lost a box of ours, they were not on track of things and completely confused, made no effort to locate it and leave us to deal with the issurers directly. They are not cheap, they are not professional and they are definitely not recommended. Avoid them!
Kind of a terrifying experience
Kind of a terrifying experience. I dealt with someone names Liam, he seemed really nice. Immediately after the deposit I started receiving emails and calls from different shipping companies. All of them demanding money up front. The time for pickup came and went, I emailed and called several times and was just ignored. I am now going with a different company. Just their lack of response seemed really wrong. Stay away if you hope to ever see your items again.
Very bad service .. lost my baggage ..
They were great only till they were selling services. After they collected my baggage, their service went down drastically. Their website showed me incorrect data of my baggage, it said delivered - it wasn't. Baggage was to be delivered within 14 days, it's been 3 months now and I still don't have my baggage. Now they think one of them is lost. I have never dealt with such bad customer care ever, don't use them ever. They are not a good service.

We engaged the services of baggage hub to move from Singapore to Dubai. We were initially nervous because some of the reviews were not great and there is always a risk when you ship items. However, our experience was positive! Maxi was very helpful in explaining what to do and was continuously available on whatssap. The company offers 2 weeks of free storage, which was handy as we were still sorting out our accommodation.
We received the boxes a few days ago. They looked very bashed but they arrived (all 3) and nothing was really broken (except for a small glass item). We were delighted to receive all the boxes and without too much fuss. Tip: don't seal the boxes with regular duct tape, use the strongest material tape (electrical tape or something) as this will ensure that the boxes stay intact. Overall happy, we got the boxes and not too stressful :) Thank you Maxi and Patsy!

it's a horrible experince engaging this company.
they are only good when they try to sell you their service, after i have paid my deposit, i have great difficulty contacting them. emails, whatsapp etc.
lucky enough before collection i decided not to use them anymore.
they gave me empty promises. mess up my relocation schedule. only thing from their email reply was they have tried to contact me but could not get through, strange thing is they could reach me everyday before the deal was done. and they didn't bother to reply me via email regards to my concern at all.
this company wont last too long i hope. horrible experience is an understatement. wasted my time and money.
Not the 'convenient' service I paid for
Pick up was late (window 9-5 PM, TNT arrived at 6). No tracking information for 4 days, then it said it was collected on 15th, not the day it was collected, on 14th. Delivery date in UK was initially 17 December, changed to 21 December. And there it has sat.
No info for delivery to Tunisia, No tracking info, emails I have sent have either been ignored or I get a standard 'you will be sent tracking details when the item is processed'. For the money they charge it would have been cheaper to post it via Australia Post.

SO ALL THE 5-7 DAYS OR EVEN 15 DAYS ARE PURE LIE!!!!!
Looks good at first but everything goes south fast
Initial customer service is great, very responsive. But then moving day came. All communication broke down. I did not get responses after calling in and being told someone will get back to me. The truck never came because they realized they needed a dedicated courier, which cost extra. I had to leave things with friends for them to come collect at a later date. The items also did not arrive when we requested them, it took multiple calls to get the shipment to leave. I also asked for door to airport service and at the last minute they told me they can only do door to door which just about doubled my initially quoted price. Lastly, due to banking error I over paid and the amount owed to me was never refunded even after again multiple calls and assurances that the accounting department will take care of it. Do not use these guys they are unresponsive and unreliable.

I've been trying to deal with baggage hub, if you actually manage to get someone on the phone they are friendly and lovely, but this is the only good thing I have to say about them. I was ment to have empty boxes 2 weeks ago. Now I am 5 days away from flying to my new home, and I'm still unable to pack as I never received the boxes. Checked in daily and kept getting told they would be there within 48h. Now they've stopped answering me all together. Do not use this service! It's a joke
Horrible company
Horrible company. Unreliable, very non-responsive, won't bear responsibility. Items were stolen or misplaced. They guaranteed pick up in two days then proceeded to pick up in three WEEKS, after I've already moved out and had to ask other people to assist with the pick up. Said the delivery would take three weeks, it took FOUR MONTHS. No reply to my repeated pleads to tell me where my boxes of all the items I possessed are. Repeat, items were missing, value over $600. Do not I repeat do not put your money here, find a better company. I won't name names but their employees are horrendous.
Totally Unreliable with the worst customer service
I first booked my shipment in July to be collected late September. Prior to this date the sales and service teams were very willing to assist however when my shipment was collected I was met by a driver with a really bad attitude that at 8am was already complaining about his work load, my bf had to carry all the 12 boxes and help the driver load the van as he was somehow unfit for purpose so had my bf not been there we would have really struggled.
My boxes were taken and according to the tracker arrived at the warehouse on the 23rd September, I received the email with the final invoice on the same day and paid it that evening by bank transfer as it was one of the payments options.
One week later the tracking would still show "shipping received at the warehouse". I initially chose this company because the shipping would take around 10 days to deliver from London to Zurich but already then I knew this was not going to happen. I started trying to speak to the customer service but it was very difficult to reach them. It was very easy to still get hold of someone in the sales team so sometimes I would call them and on the odd occasion someone would try to help me but overall I hardly got I good service and/or a good enough explanation for the delay for my shipping.
I was given the below excuses:
-They could not find my payment because I paid by bank transferred (1st week)
-They were waiting for packaging for a painting (I ordered this since July with measurements)
-The operations team was investigating therefore no update was given.
I finally received my shipment on October 30th, 6 weeks after collection and 4 weeks later than expected. This was hugely inconvenient for me as I had my study books, my clothes, my kitchen wear along with other essentials. I was obliged to spend on clothing and some kitchen essentials furthermore the lost study time which could not be compensated.
Additionally when the shipping was unpacked there were many broken items despite the fact boxes were marked to be handled with care and items being properly wrapped.
This happened in 2019 so pre-covid_19 days, I complained to the company and they offered me a reward for just GBP 100 which anyway I never received.
If you want a reliable company for your shipment do not use this company.

I’ve never done this before but I feel the need to share the excruciating and terrible experience I had.
Moving is already tough enough to do so would not want anyone else to let Shipping Force/Baggage Hub make it so much worse like they did to me.
My shipment left as scheduled from London on the 24th of September to begin with it arrived several days later than the initial scheduled date provided, once the shipment was out for delivery in The Netherlands it went around the delivery truck TWICE without being delivered because of internal negligence and miscommunication on their end.
My biggest concern was that this 2 day go around would put my belongings in danger but when I expressed my preoccupation I was assured this was not the case and everything would be eventually delivered safely.
When the shipment was finally delivered there was a small carry-on suitcase coincidentally containing plenty of valuable personal effects of mine and expensive electronics (camera, iPad, iPhone) that had been “misplaced” obviously this being the more expensive item of my 13 piece shipment I am not surprised it was STOLEN.
To add to this I was offered a very expensive crate (£100) to ship my TV in and since I passed we had to make sure the television was properly protected which it was (double cardboard wrapped and bubble wrap) and guess what!? My TV arrived shattered to pieces and since I refused to pay the crate money and instead packed the TV myself I wasn’t able to claim anything back, this gives you an idea of the treatment they will provide your most loved personal effects.
To top this nightmare off when I raised all of this issues with “customer care” the amount of time taken so far to deal with my claim has been ridiculous not only I have to deal with the fact that they outright lost/stole very personal effects and valuable items of mine but they have been investigating and waiting for the “claims advisor” to come back with a decision since October the 8th almost a month after they lost my suitcase and still no response, all they’ve been good fore is sending me forms and more detailed forms to fill out when I all need is to put this painful chapter behind me.
At one point In this whole process I was so upset that I just asked for a full refund or at least partial refund for the shipping cost for the suitcase lost/stolen and the broken TV and their reply was a resounding NO.
Please take my advice do not hire their services, use my experience as an example of what to expect and believe me you don’t want any part of what I’ve been through.
