We are a UK based vintage retail company who specialise in vintage sport, casual and outdoor wear from the the 80's through to the early 2000's. We started back in 2015 as a hobby and over time this project has year on year become bigger and better in terms of quality in both stock and in how we do things. We source our clothing from all over the world and handpick it when we can, this is to give you the best quality of stock we can find. Our aim is simple, keep the culture of reusing / recycling clothing alive which helps save our planet along with making you the customer happy with cool and pre loved vintage clothing.

Lovely item
Item was received quickly. Good quality item. The zip was not working which was not detailed in the description so I can only put it on over my head as its been sewn over at the end so the zip doesn't come off. It would of been good to know this before hand but regardless its a lovely vintage item.

Love this company!
Placed an order from the Festival Fleeces range, from which there are loads of amazing ones to choose from. Order was followed up with a lovely personal email of thanks. Status of my order was updated and I was kept well informed. Received my fleece very quickly and I am absolutely in love with it! So many complements asking where I got it from, of course sent them to the site! So great to be able to get original vintage pieces at great prices and having something not off the high street and receive such lovely customer service at the same time! Also happy to be part of up-cycling and buying from a small business! Will be back for more, thank you!

Hi Alfie, so sorry to hear about this, that is not acceptable at all. We are glad to product is fine but we must have missed checking the pockets on that item. Please be assured all items are fully washed so all bacteria is killed.

The insides of the pockets were filthy
The insides of the pockets were filthy. Almost like the jumper hadn't been properly cleaned. Full of grass, mud and general muck.

Stains and bad customer service
I bought a sweatshirt which had 2 stains that werent mentioned. When I asked for a refund they made it seem like I was at fault and wanted me to pay the return cost as well as taking the initial postage cost off the returned amount. They take a minimum of 3 days to reply to your emails. Definitely pay attention to the measurements as well as the recommended sizes are all over the place

Hi Peter, sorry about this issue. We are slightly shorted staffed due to the Covid crisis currently.
The measurements are in place to give customers the exact sizing of the clothes regardless of the label size as these change over the years and as different brands have different sizing dimensions.
In our returns policy, it does state that the order subject to free shipping will have the posting fee deducted in returns costs.

Ordered a retro fleece. Item was in almost mint condition as advertised. Superb price for it! Well chuffed. Item was delivered promptly within 2 days of purchase. Would recommend!

Wrong size and no response to emails
Advertised a fleece as size L, when it arrived it was a size S. No response when I emailed them. First purchase and won’t be returning.

Hi Owens, thank you for taking the time to complete this review and ordering with us, we're sorry that it wasn't as you expected. An email was sent back out to you in regards to the sizing. We state our clothes are not necessarily what the label size says due to the age of the item and as different companies have their own sizing dimensions.
