How valuable Trustpilot is for consumers! I was just about to order some seeds from this company but remembered at the last moment to check Trustpilot - and thank goodness I did - Trustpilot has yet again saved me from disappointment and yet another scam.

I would like to know if anyone has ordered the hosta seeds?

I suppose I have myself to blame, somehow I thought for 15quid I would be getting something special,not a few tiny seeds in an also tiny cellophane pack, not much bigger than 1”x2”Absolutely a ripoff. I paid over £15 for 100 (including postage). Please don’t waste your money, this is another case of being seduced by flashy advertising.

I ordered to 2 classic piston skeleton soldiers from baheey. From the pictures they looked really good and quite detailed. But when I received them they where shocking nothink like the pictures not very detailed at all.if I had known I wouldn't of brought them what a scam.. advise to others not to purchase .

I ordered two spark plug themed ‘Mugs.’ I had the impression from the photos that it was a ceramic mug. When they arrived I was horrified to find that they were nothing more than badly painted plastic with a small drink container in stainless steel, in terms of contents it would be no more than two decent mouthfuls. Utter rubbish and no use as the intended gift; it’s absolutely garbage. No point in requesting a refund and no paperwork supplied with the items. The only mug was me for believing the unrepresentative advert. Avoid at all costs, if you don’t I guarantee you will be very disappointed.

Ordered and paid for on the 2nd December still no delivery. The tracking details are false. Scammers.

Just another voice echoing that this is a scam.

Stolen designs from small buisnesses

I was advertised some watercolour workbooks but when I went to the website and they have no author name or adequate information about the item. I Googled the actual product and saw that this was meant to be an item sold by a small business - Emily Lex Studios. This is a ghost store flogging illegitimate goods. DO NOT SUPPORT.

I’m afraid I am another person who wishes they had read the reviews first. When I opened the parcel containing the mug, I had ordered, I was absolutely disgusted . It looked like something a toddler had made and painted. The company initially offered 10% refund then settled on 20% with no means to send the horrible bit of plastic back. Please avoid this company like the plague!

Scam! This is a new name for loomio. Same scam!

The book mug advertised was not the one I received. The one i received looked like a child painted it. Very disappointed. Oh and to add insult to injury they wanted me to may $5 to speak to someone to look into this issue! I guess im just out of money for this!

Absolute crap. One of their best selling items is a beautiful glass mug that looks like it’s made out of books. I paid almost $40 for it in which showed up was a plastic cup. It looks like a toddler painted it absolute rip off.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. The book mugs were absolutely fraudulent advertising. What came was NOTHING like the picture. And they would not remedy it by letting me return it for a full refund. I take leaving poor reviews very seriously, and have only left one before now - I don’t want to interfere with an honest business’s livelihood. However this is not an honest business. Thanking American Express for seeing the problem and resolving my dispute by refunding my money.

Item was absolutely nothing like the advertised picture, looked like it was painted by a 5 year old. Would not refund the cost despite it being unusable as a gift. Wish I'd seen the other reviews on here before I ordered! Steer clear!

SCAM!! As many others have posted this is a scam. I ordered the book mug for my wife. It is a piece of trash that looks nothing like the picture. I thought the company was out of California but no it is China and just a scam. I asked to return and they offered me 10% refund.

Ordered the painted book mug and it looked nothing like the picture. No detail at all. Bought it for my wife who is an avid book reader and had to explain to her what it was. Very disappointed. They offered a 10% refund but what I wanted was a mug that matched the picture.

I agree this company is a scam. The mug I received was crap that looked NOTHING like advertisement. I contacted the company with a picture and requested a refund. They offered me $10.00. Sad.

Bought the Book Lovers 11oz mug wife was excited until she opened the box and saw quality, it doesn’t look like books badly painted plastic worth about €1.50 although I apparently got it half price at €25 total p&p 34€ this is a fraudulent marketing by this company. I’m waiting for them to get back to me and I will update

Apparently this address is massed used as a agent/virtual used by many incorporations

Do not buy from this company! I paid $87.98 for two mugs. When I received them, they did NOT look like what I ordered. They were supposed to be gifts but I cannot give these to anyone! I contacted their customer service and after a few rounds of emails, was told that their best and final offer was a 20% refund of my order value. That is NOT acceptable and I am furious about the false 100% refund policy and failure to be true to good business practices. Do not waste your money.

This company is a scam. They advertise pictures of beautiful products, but what you receive when you purchase looks nothing like the image. My husband got me the Book Lovers mug, and I was really excited when he showed me the photo. What we received was a piece of rubbish that is totally worthless. Avoid this company!
