What I like about Bailey & Coco is all the detailed info you can read before buying and I feel I am getting educated as this being our first dog 🙂

Not very happy purchased a bundle…
Not very happy purchased a bundle harness was too small so ordered larger but instead of a straight swap I was worried they didn’t have the same colour so ordered one paid £40 and only got a refund of £19 after spending a bit if money with them in the last few months

Thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your recent order.
Your original purchase included both a bundle discount and an additional 20% discount, so the items were purchased at a heavily reduced price overall. When the harness was returned, the original bundle offer no longer applied, which meant the order had to be recalculated based on the remaining items at their normal individual prices, with the 20% discount then applied.
This is why the refund amount was lower than you expected.
We do understand this may have been disappointing, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused.

Absolutely amazing company
Absolutely amazing company.
I needed to exchange an item and they did it straight away, super fast postage.
Answered emails quickly and had a lovely way about them.
So happy with the bag, it was a gift for my mum and she loves it.

Low quality harness that hurt my dog…
Low quality harness that hurt my dog and created wounds on her legs. When I requested I return, I was told the harness had been work and it could not be resold, so a return was not possible. Poor customer service - unhelpful, focus on money and stopped answering my emails. I have checked my spam folder and I have not received any emails despite the FU. I will not buy their products again not recommended the company.
After reading the reviews here, I can see they are being very dismissive and say that they answer customers despite the reviews say they have not answered.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt frustrated with your experience, and we completely understand how this would feel. We always aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, however as a small team there can occasionally be slight delays during busier periods.
We’re also very sorry to hear that your dog experienced discomfort, which is never something we would want.
As mentioned in our emails, items that have been worn unfortunately aren’t eligible for return unless they are faulty. From our previous communication, it appeared this was more likely related to the fit of the harness rather than a fault with the item itself, and we did try to assist with adjustments, as this is most often the cause of issues like this.
We’ve now responded to your most recent email and are continuing to assist you directly to resolve this.

Beautiful but useless
We bought this harness a while ago and I can say that it's not effective against pulling. We've got a german shepherd and he is a very active and curious dog. Our main issue was to stop him from pulling. When the harness arrived it was beautifully packed and organised. We were excited to try it on. It fits him well and it looks great, however, it definitely doesn't stop him from pulling. Attaching the lead to the top of the harness makes him pull more, and attaching it to the front diverts him but doesn't stop him from pulling. Therefore, two stars, one for the way it looks and another for the handle on top of the harness. It doesn't stop him from pulling, the lead is too long and we had a few accidents where the collar would unplug. It didn't make our life easier. I love the idea of the harness but I don't think that it's suited for big dogs.

We’re sorry to hear it hasn’t worked as expected for your German Shepherd. Our harness is designed to help reduce pulling, particularly when using the front attachment, but it isn’t a complete solution for strong pullers on its own.
