Bailey and Coco Avis

Speedy delivery, excellent service.
Lovely collar and harness for my mini dachshund, fits really well, and three clips mean no more struggles to get the harness over his head, so that's a win for both of us.

Great products , just a little pricey

Ordered the wrong size and received a response immediately from Graham saying I could return and could have a refund no problem

Website has great choice and easy to use. Harness arrived promptly and is of excellent quality. It was bought as a replacement for a smaller one. Can definitely recommend this company and ill shop with them again. Thank you.

prompt delivery and the harness fits nicely

Excellent products that fit my dachshund just right. Nice strong clips so I know dog is safe when he pulls forward to bark at other dogs he is a 1 eyed rescue with no training etc but is getting better. The leads are tough and comfy to hold. The handle is really useful and tough ideal if I need to grab him quick

The quality of the products is great, however, the returns are taking a long time and very little communication from them….

Lovely harness, perfect fit, gorgeous colour and feel, very well made. Great quality item.

Lovely harness and collar, my dog is very comfortable and happy to wear them.

Easy to order and return. Quick delivery

Quick delivery.
Great harness

Bought two ‘no pull’ harness sets for my cockapoo and collie cross as my rescue cockapoo Doug hates a harness that goes over his head and pulls so bad that I am a frequent visitor to my osteopath. I was blown away by the quality and have had lovely comments about the sets from other dog walkers and best of all Doug is not frightened of the harness and I can stop him from pulling using just one finger on the lead handle (my osteopath however won’t be pleased!) thank you so much.

appalling. I ordered a harness and was sent a collar. I tried returning and no one will respond to my email. I had to pay £5.00 to return an item that I didn't order. All I get is an automated message. there's no phone number or customer service.

I have tried contacting Bailey and Coco three times.

Well made products, were quick to respond to my emails. Royal mail delivery service not so great parcel took 7 days to arrive and when it did Royal Mail had damaged the packaging and had put it in a clear plastic bag. Fortunately the contents were not damaged.

Lovely quality and love the autumn colours too
Delivery was quick and my dogs are now both wearing their lovely new collars and harnesses

Really good quality product. My spaniel loves to wear his new harness and collar.

Loved the quality and fit. Our girls are very happy in their Bailey and Coco harness

Swift transaction and good customer service

Ordered two harnesses for our spaniels but unfortunately the mediums were slightly too small. The returns process was very easy and the turn around time was excellent. Would happily purchase from this company again.

This is a very well made harness. At first I thought it was too small (medium), but after adjusting the straps to the max. it was a perfect fit. This is a harness that your dog will not be able to pull out from. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be buying again from this company.
