Chap came out to measure up, discussed what we wanted, gave us an idea of how long it would take. When the fitter came he had all the things he needed to hand, blinds, ladders for fitting the velux blind etc. he did the job well and quickly. No complaints. Would use Bailey's blinds again

Your salesman gave great advice
Your salesman gave great advice, fitter done a great job, very clean and tidy. We chose blackout/heat repellent blinds and have to say they are great do everything they said they would.

Excellent sales rep very informative with no hard sell. Blinds are exactly as expected and fit within the hour. The fitter cleared up any mess after himself and was very friendly.

manager not up to standard
It took me four month to receive my shooters when I received them there were damaged. I then report of this. It took another two month to get a lat, they then came and fixed it. Only 2 damage another one. Then, took another three weeks to replace that one costs thirteen hundred pounds, for the shutters i asked the manager to form me 7 months. I'm still waiting for the this incompetent person to contact me. I bought these from the spennymoore office my advice is to anyone. Do not deal it with his company. Get the company that is competent.
