Amir has very good customer service, he was able to do myself and my husbands umrah package with a very good Saudi airline and a five star hotel for a decent price. Anytime I call him, he will answer or give me a return call straight away

Amir from Baitullah travel has Ben excellent. He gave us all the info we needed to make our Umrah trip successful.

Salam my brothers and sisters, I can not thank brother Muhammad Asif enough for being the best planner for mine and my kids first umrah trip in ramadan April 2023 Makkah and Madina He offered me different options with hotels, flights etc and got me the best deals and package he could find which was brilliant. He was super attentive and kind, gave very fast replies and was very reassuring about any queries I had. Everything was so organised and smooth sailing, all documents, transports and itinerary was in check perfectly. I cannot thank him enough for the support and kindness received during the whole process. I definitely recommend going to him if you want to book your trip as I know I will definitely be going back to him In Sha Allah. Everything was just how I imagined it would be and more Allhamdulilah all thanks to brother Muhammad Asif 02037455585
Thank you Baitullah travel uk

We used this agent to book our trip for umrah however he changed our hotel in Mecca on several occasions and we ended up staying in the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life Swiss Al khalil claiming it was a five star hotel when in reality it was rated 3 stars however it should of been rated -1 star rooms were dirty not cleaned and when did finally change the towels they were stained and one of our party got bitten by a bed bugs and to cap it all we were never offered a reduction in the cost of the trip profiteering from a visit to such a holy place is not very Islamic in my eyes I would advise that you think very carefully before you use this agent

Company is very good they looked after me and my family very well good hotels were recommended and we had a very nice tour guide

Best service .. quick and reliable visa, bookings.

Avoid this organisation at all costs. Never chose this organisation especially with kids.

They did not book the hotel for our children and left us without beds for our children.

Sneaky way of getting money from people and lying in the name of Allah.

Rubel was extremely helpful and made the entire Umrah experience for my wife and I a smooth, easy memorable trip. We chose the week Umrah package and Rubel had arranged our transport too and from the airport as well as travel to our hotels in both Medinah and Mecca. Rubel would answer all questions I had and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Baitullah Travel to anyone thinking about completing their Umrah and in particular Rubel as his customer service is amazing.
